1 starMy experience at Mark Mazda was not good, and I do not understand how the company can make promises about add-on services that are not true. They told me I could use the maintenance plan and other add-ons at any Mazda dealer, but that was not the case.I was reluctant to purchase the add-ons because I live far from ********** and was unsure if they were being truthful. The finance person assured me that I had to sign that day but could call him later to cancel if I changed my mind. He made it seem like canceling would be easy, but once they had my money, they made it difficultif not impossibleto cancel.They ignored my messages, put me on hold for an hour or more, and eventually, the calls would disconnect. I had to call back repeatedly.If youre considering add-on services, be aware that dealerships have the discretion to approve or deny service, and many refuse because it costs them money. Next time, I will look for a dealership that is more honest and probably not a Mazda.Review fromRichard P

1 starI had gone to Mark Mazda for a possible trade-in and purchase of a lightly used suv. They gave me a horrible trade-in offer for my vehicle. So I walked out. I was texted by a sales manager who came across as rude in his text. I view them as just another car dealership trying to take advantage of their customers. Not trying to make a fair and reasonable deal. I will not be back and I would definitely not recommend anyone Waist thier time on this dealership.Review fromJacob S

1 starPlease read before you ever step foot in Mark Mazda of **********. I have bought several vehicles in my life and have never seen such a dealership as unorganized and unresponsive as this one. I contacted the dealership originally regarding a Dodge 2500 that looked really nice online. When I got there to see it, it was in pretty rough shape. especially for a vehicle that they were asking over 30k for. It had a dent in the back bumper, cigarette ***** in the headliner and large stains on the seats. The bed had garbage littered throughout it. The dealership didn't even clean out the previous owners personal belongings that were still in the cab. I decided to look at a couple of different trucks but the dealership couldn't find the keys to the 2 I had chosen and it was getting late so I left and said I would return the next day. Upon my arrival the next day, they had the wrong vehicle listed for me to see and had to fix the paper work so that it listed the correct vehicle. I then spent over two hours in the dealership as they messed up and restarted the paperwork 3 times. Meanwhile the Manager walks up and congratulates me on a purchasing a vehicle that I hadn't even started the application for. While I was in the dealership waiting for them to figure out the correct vehicle and paperwork, I got emails from another manager saying that he was available for any questions I may have on the original vehicle that I had seen the day before and wasn't even trying to buy. I responded but never heard anything back. After I left the dealership without purchasing anything, I received the same exact email from him but this time it listed the new vehicle that I was looking at. This dealership is completely disorganized and the two people I dealt with in management were not personable and barely even friendly. I felt like I was just another number to themReview fromDavid H

1 starpurchased my vehicle in December of 2023, I have purchased vehicles from several different dealerships in my life. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had. After they had my money they treated me like trash. When I went to pick up the vehicle after purchasing it they gave me the wrong registration for the vehicle. I did not notice for a couple of weeks until a friend pointed it out. I am from ******, when I called they expected me to drive up to them for them to fix it. I had to escalate to a manager to get them to email me the registration. The bed of the truck is set up for gooseneck and fifth wheel towing but has some caps for the holes missing. The gentleman who sold me the truck said he would get them replaced for me and never did. They also never gave me any paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. I called and spoke to a manager three times, all saying they would email it to me. They never did. I had to drive to ********** and speak to a manager to finally get my paperwork after months of lies. While I was there complaining about my experience so far I requested a higher up manager call me back (they were unavailable then) so I could give my grievances. I never got a call. It was also at this time that I found out they lied to me when I purchased the car. They told me they were removing the charge for the LoJack they put in the vehicle. What they actually did was remove the LoJack altogether. Now only eight months after spending over $70,000 on a vehicle I have to replace my tires because they lied about the condition of the tires when they sold it to me. I have been nothing but dismissed. Bad business, do not buy from here. They will take your money and act like you don't exist after.Review fromBill C

1 starI bought a brand new CX90 PHEV back in December and since then my car has been at the shop 7 times due to engine malfunction. The air conditioning goes out, and I am not able to use app on my phone to initiate the air conditioning in this blazing heat of *******. Its been a nightmare and they ppl know me there so much they are starting to feel bad because they dont know whats going on. My car has issues every other week. False advertisement and the "ad ons" that are not optional! have never in my entire life experienced a car dealership that adds items on to a vehicle and passes this on to the customer as if we requested it. Then to be told this is how they make money because the car is marked down below market price! I don't need a gps, low **** or window tinting for $699 a piece. What a bunch of crap! I would say until this practice is changed to definitely avoid this company!Mark Mazda

1 starHaving bought a used car ******from mark mazda i was lied to repetedily by salesman sales manager and gm on work that was suppose to b getting done i would stay as far away from this dealership as possible i unwound the deeal and ran out very quickly..store manager was exceptional in getting my money back i would of bought a new car that day ..but after 12 days of lies i was gone..**** the g m is terribleReview fromMary J

1 starLoved the CX-9 and was ready to purchase however, the website stated the suv was at the dealership then was told 5 days, then told more like the end of the month (all within an hour) however you can get the model with a higher package today at a higher price. Then the advertised price online suddenly didnt include the options of tinting, lowjack, and a key warranty program all at additional costs. Why does the window sticker state: Total MSRP includes destination charge and additional costs for vehicles equipped with available packages, OPTIONS OR ACCESSORIES We stated, dont give ** those but the manager wouldnt adjust. My experience at the dealership was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me with trading my car in and getting a a good deal on my new Mazda CX 5. They check in with you through email when you purchase the vehicle and keep you up to date on your vehicle service which is amazing. I highly recommend Mark MazdaMark Mazda
