      I am requesting a refund of $2000 from Maya Day and *********** we ordered 2 grande bottles and 1 regular bottle. They charges us for 3 grande bottles and we only received two. I have contacted Maya multiple times via phone and email and have not heard back from them. They make you sign per every bottle you receive and we only signed it 3 times. If you look on their ****** review every other review mentioned that they over charger people for extra bottles without notifying the customer. I feel extremely frustrated that the Maya ******** has not reached back out or have answered any of the questions. i would really like to receive my money back for something i did not order or received.

      I went into the establishment in good faith bought two other bottles from the bar total to $1,800 for the two bottles for the full ************ took my debit and credit card ran both of them for a total of $9,000 dollars I would like for this business be under review Im a seek an attorney to file a lawsuit against this I got taken advantage & also the price was over the amount they stated but they over ran my cards for un ethical business practices

      Date of transaction: April 23, 2022 The amount of money paid to the business: $4081.15 ($3000 for two bottles)What the business committed to provide you: $2681.15 ($1600 for two bottles)What the nature of the dispute is: Initially we were quoted the price of $1600 for the bottle service. Upon closing our **** at the end of the night they charged us $3000 for the bottle service. We attempted to make a dispute and the employee, "Semonle", who was acting as the bar manager, who stated he did not want to hear the complaint. After sometime, Semonle then stated to file a complaint with my credit card and did not want to resolve the discrepancy because there was nothing they could do at this time. That was fine, but as we were leaving the establishment the employee, "Semonle" was very unprofessional, at one point he took the receipt from my hand, crumpled it up and threw it behind the roped off part of the establishment. When we tried to ask for the receipt back he refused, when we asked for his name he refused. I had to speak with ********** Police to get a receipt and a possible first name to even file the complaint. Due to the unprofessionalism and the way the establishment went about the discrepancy is why I'm filing the complaint in hopes that other customers don't have to deal with "Semonle" or the Club providing false pricing and scamming people into paying more than what is initially quoted. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business has not tried to resolve the issue.Account number: **** *******************
