The company will not give me a refund for my purchase. I have not used any of their information for any benefit or gain and was told when I signed up before that I can get a refund when I signed up. They constantly tell me I do not qualify for one and the fact that they do not care and insist on not giving me one seems extremely greedy. I am an unsatisfied customer who feels lied to.

NCI has an all-sales final policy. As an educational institution, our policies adhere to industry standards. Similar to many other institutions, we dedicate substantial time and resources to the design and planning of our courses. Our allocation of resources and infrastructure is contingent on the number of enrolled students, and our cohorts operate with limited enrollment capacity. Refunding a customer who later decides not to participate *** deny another prospective customer the opportunity to enroll.

However, we do stand behind our commitment, pledging that if participants fail to generate at least $15,000 in revenue within 12 months from enrollment, they will receive a full refund equivalent to their initial payment for access to the program.

Upon review, we have not found any records indicating that Mr. ****** enrolled in our Mastery Foundations cohort, which is the first of the two required cohorts covered by our guarantee. To facilitate his onboarding into this program, one of our Mastery Foundations instructors reached out to Mr. ******,but unfortunately, no response was received.

Below was Mr ******** initial compliant for a refund.

"I am filing a complaint because I signed up for one of their programs over a year ago. They make guarantees that you can make x amount of money if you follow their program and they offer reimbursement if you do not end up making any money. Well, I have not made any of even had the ability to bring on any clients."

As mentioned above, you must enroll in the program in order to learn the systems, tools and techniques to generate revenue under our guarantee. Mr. ****** failed to do so. He never enrolled in our Mastery program that would have assisted him in generating revenue.

I did enroll and I do not have any record of anyone reaching out to me to join any said cohort. I had someone who reached out to me when I started that I talked to about my progress within the program. Nothing was ever made clear and the communication was definitely lacking. I would have pursued further if this was ever offered but it wasnt. So now I am stuck with something that I have never had the chance to use or even have applied. When I signed up the salesman said I can ask for a refund if I dont see that it works for me. The fact you would rather hold someone hostage for their money after they were told they could ask for a refund is malpractice. Not a way to run a business. I know I am not the only one to experience this.
