Hello BBB,We have been subjected to delayed responses over and over with respect to documents needed for my son's college admission. His final transcript was submitted to his university just days before the school's amended deadline in mid August, 2023. He actually finished all his classes on May 15TH, 2023. As you can see, it took 4 months to get his final transcript from Ignitia/Edgenuity to ******************. That is behind us now. My son was pre-approved to receive the ** Hope *********** based on his submission of a pre-graduation transcript. However, the "**********************************" (GSFC) needs a final transcript and a form filled out. This seems to be an automatic process for GA state public Schools, but since Ignitia/Edgenuity is out of state, this form is still needed and required to be filled out by ************************************* officials and sent back to me for uploading to GSFC before the scholarship money can be released to ******************. There is $10,000 worth of scholarship money on the line waiting on people who may take too long to respond. I need the form filled out and emailed back to me ASAP please. The form has instructions on it for the school official. I sent the blank form to *************************** (Ignitia) and ******************************* (Edgenuity) on 9-15-2023 at 10:56 AM EST and I have not heard anything back as of 9-21-2023 at 4:30 PM EST. Also, I have to get a final transcript to GSFC but they are not listed as recipients by Parchment. For the record, *********************** and Edgenuity share the exact same address. I don't know which is the parent company and it doesn't really matter in this case. Please see additional information attached.Thank youInitial Complaint

My school (*************************************************) is using Edgenuity SIS to deliver direct instruction to students. We were told that there would be direct instruction provided by Edgenuity SIS along with other resources. Upon investigation due to student and parent complaints, we decided to switch learning platforms because there is no direct instruction. Most of the direct services and tutoring services are generated through a BOT type response. The videos are long for sixth grades with a limited formative assessment which is not in line with RTI Level I instruction. ******************** our person who is over Edgenuity SIS reached out to me on 2/25/22 and confirmed that we would no longer be using Edgenuity SIS. Moreover, I informed that I communicated this decision to the district via email. She then over the weekend falsely stated to my supervisors and superintendent that I told her that the district stated that they would no longer be using Edgenuity SIS and this decision was unanimously made by my supervisors which is not true. This is Slander due to the fact that she falsely states that I made a decision regarding a contract with her company and implies that I overstepped my boundries. I am in the process of contacting an attorney in regards to this behavior.Business response

We have contacted the appropriate individuals at ********************** to follow up on this matter. Edgenuitys representative was advised by administration team at ********************** that there had been implementation challenges with the Edgenuity product and that ********************** was planning to use an alternative product. Our representative made the appropriate contacts with the school as a follow up to confirm next steps in the support process, did not engage in any disparaging commentary and has been working cooperatively with **********************.
