On October 18, 2022 I reached out to SkinCareRx to request a refund of $78.18 because the moisturizers that I purchased on September 30, 2022 were breaking out my face. I was told that I would receive a reply within 3 business days.I reached out to SkinCareRx again on October 30, 2022, and again on November 8, 2022. Each time, SkinCareRx responded that they would let their quality team investigate and would get back to me in the next 3 to 5 working days.To date, I am still not getting any results to obtain a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through this company on 8/9/22 for a total of $308.00 dollars Order Number: ********* . Firstly I paid an additional $20.00 for overnight shipping my package was marked delivered 4 days after I placed the order and the company refused to refund the overnight shipping. Secondly I never received my order at all I did everything on part to check and try and find the order but couldnt, I have spent over a month contacting the company trying to get a full refund as well as after pay and they have refused to respond. When I reach out through the chat they continue to ask me to send documents Ive sent to them several times and have received zero response via email as well as after pay. They have refused to do anything to help resolve this situation. I have contacted the carrier several times and they have continued to tell me the order was mis delivered and to constant the shipper. Myself and a second party company has been stuck in a never ending loop with this company to get any type of resolution at all.Initial Complaint

***********'s website did not capture my address therefore I never received the product *********** does not have a working phone number for customers to call. The chat feature is a waste of time as all they do is ask redundant questions.Business response

I have reviewed the details of Mica's order and I can see that the address has been entered correctly, however there seems to have been an issue with the courier, as the tracking has not updated since 02-05-2022. I will ensure that this matter is investigated with the courier, as this falls below the standard of service that we strive to provide.A refund had been processed on 13-06-2022 and we anticipate that Mica should have received this by now. I will be happy to discuss a gesture of goodwill for this order with Mica, if this is a suitable resolution.I do apologise that Mica had encountered some issues with contacting our **************** team. On 12/18/21 I placed an order with Skincarerx for *****. In the order form, it asked for a postal code, so I entered it. It confirmed my order without asking for the actual shipping address. There was literally nowhere on the form to enter a shipping address.I sent an email telling them the address and asking them to send it there. They replied over a week later with the following: Thank you for placing order ********* with us. I am sorry to let you know that we are currently unable to deliver orders to Mail Forwarding addresses. Because of this we have cancelled your order, but you can place this order again if you have an alternative delivery address.If a charge has been taken for the order, then a refund will be requested upon cancellation and the money returned to your account within 3-5 working days.I am really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. THERE in writing, they promised me a refund. I never received one. I sent more inquiries and they either didn't reply or asked for the order number. When I responded, the emails bounced back. I called the phone number they have on their website. It went to a voicemail service saying that the phone lines were down. I reached out to chat with a customer service agent. The first agent abruptly ended the chat without warning. The second told me that I couldn't verify my address when again they never asked for an address in the first place. This went one for a while with her going "nope it's still wrong" when I gave her my only billing address. She insisted that I send an email via the query box. I told her I already had several times. She insisted that I do it again. I did. She emailed me asking for my order number (Which I had literally JUST given her in the chat). When I replied with it, the email bounced back saying inbox was full. This is a full on scam.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction Oct 23rd and date of delivery to post office Oct 30th. I picked up the item on Nov 9th and opened the box. I saw two expired facial products with expirations dates of 8/2021 and 9/2021. When I packaged the items back up I saw the product box also had an expiration date of 08/2021. I immediately tried to contact the seller and when they finally responded, I gave all information and sent pictures. They still have refused to send a refund for the product. They have not given me the option to return the item. Messages start on Page 8 of the attached pdf Total price with shipping and tax is $54.70Business response

I reject this response from the business. They have sent the same message to my personal email repeatedly, with no avail to resolving the complaint. All item information, email and order number has been sent to them, along with pictures. They have no intentions on resolving this issue. The response received may be automated because they already have this information. The supporting documents I sent shows this.
