      My place of employment ordered a fiber optic sensory light for our sensory room. I would give 0 stars if possible. The product only worked for approximately 3-4 months before it stopped working. The product had not been touched since installation beyond being turned on and off each day. We reached out to autism products assuming it might still be under warranty given it had only been a few months, and the product cost was approximately $1,200. Autism products has not responded to any email coordination or claims and refuse to follow up. We are now purchasing all other sensory items through Amazon. This site has poor customer service, with poorly made products who make no effort to respond to customer issues or complaints. I would avoid this site at all costs as they seem to be banking off of a disability with no recourse in resolving issues with said products. Based on other reviews it seems this is a common issue. AVOID!!

      I ordered back in May. This was for our elementary school. I received half of my order but it was broken and refused delivery. I have called and emailed the company several times. They say they will respond but they never do. This is a horrible company to work with. We have requested refunds and have heard absolutely nothing back from them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      We ordered 2 items. The first item was incorrect, which we emailed the company about it as soon as the box was open. Days later, we have not gotten any reply to email. We *have* gotten plenty of advertisements from them already though. The second item broke quickly- and because we hadnt had any communication from the company, we reached out to the manufacturer of that product instead. They promptly responded and are sending a replacement. We are really disappointed in the lack of timely communication. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but businesses have an obligation to address their mistakes. It takes seconds to respond to a customer.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Autism-Products.com. I ordered a $2000 swing for my daughter on June 11th, intending it to be a special birthday gift for her on June 24th. They promptly charged my card, but that's where the problems began. Despite several emails to their support team, I was informed that they were having trouble with the shipping address. After that initial response, I sent 10 more emails trying to get an update, but I received no further communication and still no swing. I requested a refund, but they have not refunded my money. It seems I will have to report this issue to my bank as it feels like I am dealing with a fraudulent company. Their customer support is horrendous, and they do not provide tracking numbers upon taking the order. Do not buy from them! This has been a nightmare experience, and I would caution anyone to avoid Autism-Products.com.

      Very sorry for the delay! This swing ships directly from the manufacturer to you. It usually only takes about a week but they are a little behind with the end of school. It looks like you emailed customer support last night and they are looking into if it has shipped yet and if not, how long until it does.

      These are chewing items for autism/ sensory clients supposedly used to help them. The item description claiims these are FOOD GRADE SILICONE products. The products i got had an OVERWHELMING CHEMICAL STENCH. I have left them sitting in baking soda for over 2 weeks/ changing the soda. daily. The stench is eyewatering. NONE, ABSOLUTELY NONE of the 13 persons I offered these items to tolerated them, They threw the items on the floor and got away from them. Then they kept rubbing their hands and their noses till their hands were washed- sometimes twice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE OBNOXIOUS SMELLING ITEMS. Items were returned and STILL WAITING ON A REFUND. DO NOT BUY THESE. I was very, very disappointed.

      If I could give this company a 0 star I would! They take advantage of families on the spectrum and use them for their money. I am a single mother who works very hard to save up money to provide my son with everything he needs. I have purchased a steamroller for my 5-year-old, and he wasn't really interested in it, but I kept it for a few weeks just to make sure. I ended it up returning it, mind you I had to pay for the return myself which was $50.00 to return the product. I was in communication with the owner sent her the information with the tracking and she was communicating at first and then stopped responding when she received the product back. I was calling and emailing her to see when she would send the money back which was $512.00 that I spent. And she just went ghost and stopped responding to me. It really frustrates me that her products are expensive as is and she is just taking advantage of innocent people who work hard for their money and trying to make sure that their autistic child is given the best things out of life. She is a scammer and a ***** and I really don't understand after all these reviews and 1 stars that the Better Business Bureau didn't shut them down already. You are just as bad as she is!!

      We sell products to families with children with autism for the lowest prices possible. There isn't much money left over. I am sorry that we didn't see your returned product right away but you then filed a credit card chargeback which then takes it out of our hands. The systems won't let me refund the money because it technically isn't there until they are done with their process.

      I purchased the Bouncy Band for my autistic non-verbal grandson before Christmas to give to him for his birthday in January. Well, inflated the bouncy band with the pump provided and he absolutely loved it. The smiles, the fun he was having. Within a couple of hours it seemed like it was deflating. We inflated again, few hours later it deflates. We searched all over for air escaping and could not find anything. A few days later, my son checked it out and there is a small puncture inside the tube that you can't get too and try and seal it. I emailed the company 3 times (no response), wrote a letter (no response), then decided to call. Girl with broken english assured me it was under warranty and would check with the supply company and get right back to me.. Been over a week, no call back. I decided to write this review because as parents and grandparents raising an autistic child can be overwhelming, but when you deal with a company that sells products for autistic children that love them, its heartbreaking for them when taken away. Why aren't you helping when I consider myself a decent customer. Ordered other things too. Now I see why this company has some bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau. I do hope this can be rectified.Thank you.

      Stay away from this company. My large ABA provider ordered an item. We had not received it for weeks, so I called. The person said it had not shipped. I canceled the order and then suddenly get an email saying it shipped. I emailed back and they asked if I wanted to continue the cancellation. I responded yes. I then get another email saying it shipped. I checked the tracker for **** They made the label after I cancelled it and then disregarded my written response to stop the order. Shady company.

      I work for a large school district in ********. We ordered some amazing items from Autism Products. The order was placed. I called and checked on this order and would only get an answering service to leave a message. I never got to talk to a human, however my emails got responses and i received all of my order last week. We are very pleased with the items we received. I would like to order in the future from this company, and hope that the communication is improved.

      I work for a school district and placed an order from this company in August. Out of 3 items, I have only received one that I cannot use without the others. I have been calling and the phone goes right to voicemail. I have also been emailing this week with no response either.
