Have not received any response to order, money withdrawn from mastercard account, if no response by 12/12/22 , 12:00p a fraud purchase will be filed through my bank 5/3 of cinn, oh. CSN should be accountable for claims made by their company. Refund money if you are a reputable company.

I have used GSN Mint for over 15 years for all my Numismatic coin purchases. Something you need to understand with coin purchases is that it may take up to Several months to receive MS70 graded coins back from their grading companies So there may be a delay in you getting your purchases quickly. But hang in there they will ship your order to you eventually. I have always received my orders without any problems. Hope this helps.

This company is in my opinion a sham. I placed an order that at the time had everything in stock. 5 weeks go by with no order being received. I left multiple messages on their website but never received a response. I called the 800 # and was told the order takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship but not to worry everything was in stock. I called back a few weeks later (order placed 7/30/21 second call 10/18/21) and got the oh we are waiting on one of the items you ordered. I asked for a refund and after a few minutes of arguing was told over the phone I would be getting a refund with an email confirmation same day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT ABOUT SHIPMENTS AND HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR EXCESSIVE TIME PERIOD WITHOUT PROVIDING PRODUCT.
