          BBB has received information that consumers are not informed of the business’ return/refund/exchange policies. Sneaker Match Tees’ Terms of Use states:

          “Need a Size Exchange?
          Contact our Live Support Number (480) 365-9491. Please Provide us with the FULL NAME on the order and the ORDER NUMBER within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping item to Returns Department.

          Need to Cancel an Order?
          All Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee so please make sure your order is correct before placing it. We will refund your card within 2-3 business days of receiving your cancelled request.

          Need to Return an item?
          You may return product within 7 days of receiving the product, if you have received the wrong size, colorway, design, or defective product for store credit or exchange of product of equal or less value (no restocking fee applied). Contact our Live Text Support Number (480) 365-9491 during business hrs for a return shipping label.

          What happens after I place my Order?
          You will receive a confirmation email with the order you just placed. IF you did not receive an email from SNEAKER MATCH TEES please contact Live Text Support (480) 365-9491 to confirm that your order was received. You must provide us with a valid email to receive your confirmation. Contact Live Text Support and provide the FULL NAME on the order and we will assist you.

          Once you have received order confirmation, your order is being processed and scheduled for shipping.

          You will receive a SECOND email from us with your tracking information. PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for your tracking number to update in the USPS system.

          Our shipping provider is USPS. All tracking numbers should be tracked on the USPS website www.USPS.com/tracking.”
