ORDER #EU1280 ***** 11/30/2021 at 9:59 PM Order placed and order confirmation email received. Never received a shipping notification, nor did I get the order Have emailed them consistently and called the 800 number on their web site and left messages, but no response. Now the 800 number is "out of service".Initial Complaint

I ordered 6 masks from Space Mask. Immediately I decided that $98.00 was too much money and cancelled the order, this was on a Sunday night. The next morning I again wrote to ******************************** and cancelled the order. I have cancelled this order multiple times and have gotten no response. Today I received the masks and I am refusing them and taking them to the nearest *** store and sending them back. I will have to contact my bank and file a claim to get my money back as I will have the tracking number for the return.Initial Complaint

Made an order for masks on Sep 8, 2021. Package arrived Feb 19, 2022. Contacted customer service about delay and asked to return some of the masks. Got a reply that it's been more than 14 days since the order and no returns of refunds can be made.Initial Complaint

Order ****** I purchased a Space Mask on 12/16/2021. I contacted the company on 1/2/2022 inquiring where my mask was as the tracking information never updated. The following is their response Thanks for reaching out to us. We are so sorry about that! Looks like your package was lost in transit: https://track.shiptracker.io/9374869903507954190086 I have sent a request over to our warehouse to repackage a new order. You will not receive a new tracking email because we are manually processing the replacement, if you would like to check back with us in 2 days, we will have that ready for you!I e-mailed them on 1/8/2022 asking for a tracking number. I am still waiting for a response.Can you kindly look into this for me as I feel like I am getting the runaround?Thank you for your time *******************************
