He is the only doctor I will go to. I was losing cartilage in my shoulder. Of course it was the shoulder I rope with. He told me, "Go rope, it's degenerative and not roping wouldn't slow it down anyway. And when you get to where you can't get the pain to go away, come see me. I'll give you a new shoulder and you'll rope again. " He did, and I can! My shoulder is now stronger and smoother. I have more control than ever, and no pain at all. I don't even think about it anymore.

I fell off my mountain bike in late 2021 and tore my right rotator cuff. In January 2022 I enlisted Dr. ******************** to repair it. I just went to my final post surgery check up yesterday. Much of 2022 was spent re-habbing my shoulder, including a couple months of sleeping in a chair, along with a few months of physical therapy, all of which helped me regain full use of my shoulder, which prior to the surgery was essentially useless. I have no restrictions and I am to the point now that I don't even think about the shoulder most days and I have no pain. The entire process, including interacting with the office staff was professional, efficient, and a pleasure.I would recommend Dr. ******************** without hesitation.

I am 53 years old, live in *******, and started having pain in my right shoulder about 14 years ago. Finally this year I decided to get it done and a good friend of mine from the gym insisted I go see Dr. ******************** at ****** in ********** who had done his shoulder surgery about 4 years earlier. He explained that Dr. ******************** was the guy that a lot of professional athletes, other doctors, etc. would fly in to see and have their surgeries. Extremely glad I did!Dr. ******************** took a solid 30 minutes explaining in detail my MRI, all my options and what he would have done if he was in my place. He immediately sent a follow up email with his contact info. I had never experienced that level of attention from any medical practice and was very impressed.Next I found that Dr. ********************s staff consisting of ****** at the front desk, ******** who handled scheduling and coordinating everything, and **** his nurse where just as responsive and attentive to detail as Dr. ******************** was. They were in constant contact with me throughout the process making sure all visits, scans, medication, etc. were all coordinated seamlessly. I actually felt like I was their only patient! Dr. ******************** was methodical in his attention to detail in every aspect. I never felt rushed, my appoints were always on time and again he made me fell like his only patient even providing me with amazing color pictures of the entire surgery which he explained to me in detail afterwards. Within a few days, I was almost pain free and two weeks later after my first PT visit I was amazed at how much mobility I already had!I highly recommend that even if you are not fortunate enough to live in the Phoenix area you at least set up a video appt. with Dr. ******************** if you are having any issue with a shoulder or knee. You will not find another orthopedic practice that will give you a better patient experience than this one and it is worth spending a little extra money on travel to have the experience and results that they deliver!!

Dr.******************** is already known to be one of the best shoulder doctors in *******/**********. I went to him for my bone on bone shoulder problem and he was the only one who gave it to me straight on how to wait and try rehab. Meanwhile My knee miniscus became the front and center issue and THAT he wanted to address immediately. He exudes tremendous knowledge and trust..NO arrogance . I went for it! At 76 this was my first surgical procedure and I was TERRIFIED!! Concerned about anesthesia and post op recovery . From the day I booked it his office staff was exceptional and concerned with every single detail and follow through. They were all great at pep talks. The ************************ could double for **********. The nurses there were beyond attentive and reassuring as I was an ANXIOUS MESS!! And they with Dr. ******************** at the helm made the whole procedure memorable for the extreme care and lack of stress. It made the post op healing that much better. The attitude starts at the top with a perfectionist like Dr ********************. Imagine I lost my fear of reconstructive surgery and that was worth the price of walking into his office.

I have had knee injections for bone on bone for several years with Dr ********************** My goal is to avoid knee surgery and so far it has been successful. In November last year I dislocated my shoulder and on February 14 had rotator cuff surgery for a large tear. *************** did a wonderful job repairing my shoulder. I had minimal pain and obeyed his instructions for physical therapy and could not be more pleased with the repair. Love ************* and his professional office staff in **********. In short, an excellent surgeon, a great person, and a well-organized office. BACKGROUND Over the past three years, I have had three procedures with ****************: one shoulder surgery (rotator cuff tear) and two on my knees (meniscus tear). I did a lot of research before selecting a surgeon (I have a PhD myself), and I am very happy I have invested this time and found Dr. ********************** SURGEON **************** is very skilled and experienced, and I very much appreciate his straight talk and to-the-point discussions, which make for a very efficient interaction. My procedures went smoothly, and I had great results. A lot of people come to him for revision surgeries if they did not achieve the results with someone else. Last year, **************** left my insurance network. I decided to pay out of pocket to have my knee procedure with him instead of switching to an in-the-network surgeon and having the cost fully covered. I hope this gives you an idea of how good he is and how important it is to have the right surgeon. I would definitely follow him if I need another arthroscopy. Aside from his skill and vast experience, **************** is a very kind and honest person who genuinely wants to help. At one time, my MRI was not showing any signs of tear, but I was still feeling the symptoms suggestive of a tear. He offered to still do the arthroscopy, and this was a great call, as it helped discover the tear. This is probably one of the best-run medical practices that I have experienced so far, with prompt communication and very knowledgeable staff.

************- **************** is the best surgeon I have ever seen. He analyzed my MRI for my rotator cuff tear and told me exactly what he thought - the pros and cons of surgery. Because of my situation he said repair surgery wouldn't work and because I was in no pain, Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty wasn't necessary. He felt that rehabbing my shoulder would most probably get me to where the surgery would. And he was correct. I'm most appreciative of his expertise and honest, straight talk.
