Start working from home during the Pandemic, I set in the front of computer by crossing my legs. As a result, I start having low back pain that have not been released by physical therapy or acupuncture. I came to reserve a chiropractic service at Arizona Pain Relief-Arrowhead. I have been requested and I comply to pay $2113.67 upfront on 3/14/24 with an agreement that I will receive a check on non rendering services. I finish my treatment in a summer of 2023. I have not utilized suggestive injections as they were not helpful to relieve pain. As a result, I have been told that refund will be mailed to me. I made an office visit on December 18 of 2023, after receiving unexpected bill for $166 and nobody returned my voice message regarding this bill or refund. At the office, ****** told me that she issued me refund that day on 12/18/23. March 2024, I made another visit to the office and at this time ****** denied issuing me a check and stated that she only emailed to her supervisor on 12/18/23. She assured me that this time in March 2024 she escalate further and now I will start receiving all email communication. The following two weeks went by and no communication. Last week I have been directed to email myself directly to Director of Communications. I did and still not even acknowledgement of my email.Please help me to get my refund for non rendering services.I greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.Sincerely, *************************.
