    On 4/12/24 I came into ***************************** office in **********, ** for a spinal injection. I was charged $249.00 out of pocket costs. The week of June 24th, I found out that AZ Pain Doctors had only charged my Insurance $65. Not the $249 that they had charged me. I reached out to my Insurance and they ensured me that, the statement above was correct. I then reached out to *************************** at AZ Pain Doctors for clarification. She called me 7/1/24 and was extremely hostile and defensive, ******* me off the phone. She stated she used the Excess funds to pay for a bill that was from 2023 with another Insurance Provider. I stated there was No Documentation of any of this and she stated that they hadn't sent out bills due to an internal issue since February 2024. I explained that, was not my problem and it was Unethical to collect Excess Funds and Not Return said funds back to me and instead use without my consent towards a bill in office from a *********************************** Today ******* emailed me that because I stated I will be contacting BBB that I am no longer a customer of the **********************. This is completely Unacceptable and Unethical practice. I demand to be re-admitted as a client and for the the $184 to credited back to my account.

    Hes a Quack! Ive been in severe pain since a failed back surgery turned into three. A doctor told me in 2008 to save as many pain meds as possible as they would be harder to get. I did and went 2 years without a doctor after I saved up that many. Finally I decided to see AZ Pain Doctors and saw a NP. She was compassionate and concerned. I was honest and told her about saving up meds. *********** called me at home and yelled at me LIAR at least ten times and demanded where I bought my illegal morphine. I told him, *********. He again yelled LIAR! We are in the process of hiring an attorney as I cant find a pain management center that will take on now. My life is over.
