Im being charged for 2 pest control treatments for $450 each thats were not completed in an apartment complex. Both granite bay apartment and Sexton have teamed up together to create fake charges. I spoke with the vendor account manager she originally was going to provide documentation stating that these treatments were not completed but now refuse to do so after she called the apartments. I only completed one treatment for $450 in the 3/15/2023 but I am being charged $450 on 3/01/2023 and 3/31/2023 which did not take place therefore theyre making an incorrect invoice and have sent us to collections without contacting us before doing so.I have a voice recording of the manager statement that we did not do a treatment on3/1/2023 because we were not ready as they gave a short notice to prep, we then completed on the 15th of March and they were supposed to do a follow up treatment on the 31st of March which also did not happened and the manager confirmed this to me. I do feel that I conspired against because the apartment complex was trying to kick me out since December. I have email records, screenshots as well. I will pay the treatment I completed.

Sexton Pest Control provides and bills for services directly to the apartment complex where *************************** resides. ******************** was not billed by Sexton Pest Control because ******************** is not our customer, the apartment complex and management is our customer. We bill management for services rendered. This complaint should be removed as we are not able to resolve this matter as requested by ******************** because we never billed or charged any kind of payment to him. We suggest ******************** reach out to the management at the apartment complex directly. The document uploaded is not correspondence from anyone at Sexton Pest Control. We have no involvement with tenant disputes.

      Thank you

      Kent Sexton
