Transaction number #******. On 6-2-24 I paid Moon Valley Nursery (Surprise) $1,117.83 to plant 15 hopseed plants "bucket to bucket" in a 23' x9" dirt strip. Salesman **** assured me this was the best plan to cover the required area. At approx 1pm on 6-21-24 15 hopseed plants were planted "bucket to bucket" per salesman ****'s recommendation. The 15 plants covered less that half of the agreed upon area. At approximately 2:45p 6-21-24 I received a call from the installer informing me 20 additional plants would be required to cover the pre agreed on area. He quoted me a price of an additional fee of $1,000. I asked to speak with a manager who stated it was not their responsibility but they would finish the job for $600.00. On 6-24-24 an employee named ******** called me to f/u, she seemed sympathetic and offered to provide 10 plants and a $250.00 refund back to my credit card I readily agreed. She discussed this offer with one of her "customer service regionals" he declined to give the refund which is the most important remedy to me. I am willing to pick up and plant the additional plants and overlook the fact that 4 of these plants appear to be dying however what is the most important remedy to me is the $250.00 refund back to my credit card.
