I called them in the beginning of march about me never recieving my W-2 tax forms, they took my name and number and never bothered calling me back. Its now april 12th. Ive called 3 times this week, spoke to three different office people, they all took my name and number 3 times total. One even told me she put a sticky note on the desk of the person in charge of doing that. Still no phone call. I called again today (4th time) and the main office manager said all she can do was take my information down. Just like the past 3 calls. Very disappointing considering I was told 4 times prior it would be taken care of and I was reassured a phonecall back all 4 times. The main office manager didnt seem to care very much about the urgence of this situation. All 5 employees failed to do their job all 5 times. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. A main office is the corr to a business. If 4 perfectly capable employees cant take care of one task then that speaks volume on the people running this front office

Duplicate billing issue:When TWS and Aquaman merged I was billed by both for pool services. I have a copy of the paid receipt, yet am still receiving notices and threats about collection agency involvement. I have sent the company the paid statement but they continue to harass me.The billing statement that they keep sending to me does not make any sense between the Total and the Balance Due as I never sent them an additional partial payment.

My fianc contacted them March 27 in order to drain our pool, which had turned green. The cost was going to be $737.57 which includes use of a pump and hose to extract water from the pool, they were to do a chlorine or acid wash on the empty pool, clean our DE filter and add startup chems once the pool was filled (This happened on or about April 13). They took the first payment (half of the $737.57). They left the pump/hose with us so we emptied the pool without them. I cleaned out the debris as it drained. One of their techs came to do the chlorine wash which my fianc watched and all he did was pour chlorine down the sides of the pool. We had to contact them several times to get a tech back to clean the filter and add chems. Someone finally showed at a different time than agreed upon and while cleaning the filter, flooded the entire area by the garage where water seeped in. They offered to clean it up, we declined as they are not landscapers and had proven untrustworthy, so we had to fix that ourselves. I talked with ***** (spent at least 2 hours on the phone with her, total, during my workdays) and thought we had come to an agreement that they would wave the second payment due to the MANY inconveniences they imposed upon us. When they charged my credit card, I disputed it. Now theyre trying to charge it again, only with an additional fee to the tune of $426.29 which I am certain we should not have to pay in light of the amount of work we did ourselves and the fact that our pool still has algae. We werent thrilled about making the first payment after all the miscommunication on their part, but renting that equipment would have cost us that much anyway, so we let it go. They are extremely undeserving of the second payment and the late fee or whatever it is theyre trying to get out of us. Also, I found it strange they emailed a survey to us before anyone from Aquaman had even been here, but we will never be using them for any reason in the future.
