CRIMINALS!! ZERO Stars!! We have absolute proof they have violated their own vendor contract and stole HUNDREDS of dollars from our company. They will short you on almost every invoice and then when you try to file for a payment dispute Northsight will lock you out of the website/app/portal to prevent you from filing a payment dispute! Northsight will lie to you and promise you work to get you roped into driving 2 HOURS for a $15 job. Northsight management are liars, thiefs and criminals scamming innocent contractors and tenants!!!Review from Chris D

This is an absolute nightmare company to work for dont waste your time! The will ***** and dime you on every single worth order and reject every job you do! Very unprofessional and I pray they go under! I will never recommend them to anyone!!!!! Shame on you NSMReview from

Northsight hired the ************* to restore a property that had a sewage loss. The ************* contacted us to clean out the sewage from the crawlspace on Northsight's property. We did $7200 worth of work. They paid the ************* subcontractor $12,900 for the same work without validating anything and it turns out that the ******* group has multiple judgements and charges against them and they have disappeared. I contacted Northsight to try and get this resolved and they offered me $2000, then $3000 to avoid having a lien placed on the property. They said they felt awful that we were put in this situation. I asked for 4k to make it right and said i would eat the rest of the loss. They responded by pulling their offer and decided they would rather us file a lien on their customers property vs. doing the right thing. The quality of the people they are hiring to manage their projects is highly questionable. Their business practices are even more questionable. If you are considering using them to manage your properties, I would strongly consider other options. Their are far better ones out there. As you can see from their complaints and rating, you clearly dont want to rent a property from them either. Slum lords.
