Since new mgmt, rent went up $100 at once with late notice despite repeated attempts to find out what new lease amount would be, and so much more I could say. Faux granite counters are thin cheap plastic like material that does not look good after some cleaning. Our bldg was never weatherized and has rotting wood (like dirty looking sawdust) and gutter torn out by storm. Cheap vinyl siding. Appliance's don't work right, but replacement with a stove or dishwasher taken from a move out is gross. Can be roach ridden. Pool area had chairs/umbrellas, tables removed, A few benches were removed. People are moving out while bugs are moving in.
