      Management Trust promises quite a bit, but does not deliver. If you are thinking of hiring these folks as your association manager, look elsewhere.

      The company is terrible at providing basic customer service. Simple inquiries sent via email or the company's portal are ignored. The front desk is unable to answer basic questions, and all phone calls transferred to other departments are unanswered. Do not use their services for your business unless you want disappointed and frustrated customers.

      "A.B.", although we appreciate all opportunities to respond accordingly to any review either positive or negative, we need constructive communication to do so appropriately. A cryptic username coupled with a vague narrative is disappointingly solely intended to harm our online ratings. We respectfully request that you do not communicate unfairly about us as if we are exclusively the problem without affording us an opportunity to provide you with a possible solution.The Management Trust services hundreds of HOAs and thousands of homeowners daily. We assist our customers by identifying necessary procedures and by offering them the appropriate solutions to whatever challenges they may have.       This one the worst managemnt company i ever saw. The specialist here are completly dishonest and dont have a minimum professional ethics . People like Jason L** who is immature and not able to manage the service request and then in return he send the completely false story in email that painter visited you didnt open the door , you was abusive and trying to defame owners/renters etc . Then asked from where he got the information these people say that they got it from vendors and they dont have any email proof. These guys are just defaming people and totally dishonest . worst worst worst !! Below the sceenshot of the email where they presented a great false story . clearly they are lacking the proffessional ethics and minimum respect . I spoke to their HR person and waiting for the proper reply on this case . Hope the management trust consider this as an serious issue of work

      Like the other reviews posted here, this is the ***** management company I have ever tried to deal with. I say, tried because just like the other post below, they never answer their phone or return e-mails! I have left multiple voice mails and e-mails over the past 2 weeks with ZERO response! When I did reach someone a few weeks ago (*********) she told me that I needed to e-mail her, not to e-mail listed on my notices which I have done. Still nothing!!! I have repeatedly asked for copies of the CC& R's, when the next Board meeting is and why / how they expect me to fix the leaky window that is leaking from the outside of the building. The only response I got was see 4.1 maintenance in our by-laws. Good luck with that! IF I could get them to send these to me, I would at least be able to research what they are referring to! Instead, it's defcon silence!! I have even tried to download these from our supposed association website but NOTHING on the site works! I have left them one more voice mail today and if I do not get a response, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting some kind of resolution.
