      Sonoran Radiology was the provider of XRay services at the ***************************************** for my child in December 2023. Sonoran Radiology continues to text me a bill, without filing the claim with my insurance provider. Despite previously contacting them via phone in Summer 2024 and providing my insurance information, Sonoran Radiology has not filed the claim with my insurance provider. I request that Sonoran Radiology file the claim first with my insurance company and then bill us for the uncovered amount.

      After several calls with my insurance company and their billing department they have never correctly filed my claim and continue to bill me. They have done this continually for over a year and now the time frame to file the claim is over. Now I am responsible for the entire bill when my medical insurance would have paid. They refuse to let me talk to a manager.

      ******** said I owe $41.03. Sonoran sent me a bill for $53.63.

      I made a payment of ***** for the first bill that I received from Sonoran Radiology. I then received a second bill with the same charges plus additional charges totaling ******. They had not deducted my payment of ***** from the new total. I have called them at least 6 times regarding this and have emailed them multiple times with copies of my payment receipt. Each time I called, I spoke to a supervisor who assured me that they rectified the issue and would send a new bill with the new balance reflecting my payment. I continue to receive the same original bill with no deduction for my payment. Each time I call, I have to go through the same lengthy process of explaining the issue and am told they need time to review. In addition, they also appear to have charged for image readings that are not reflected by the hospital on their corresponding image claims, which may indicate ******** fraud. I have included a spreadsheet that outlines the claims, the corresponding hospital claims for the images that Sonoran supposedly read, and the ******** payments and allowances. This has been going on for 5 months.

      I received a text message from Sonoran Radiology on June 6 2024 regarding payment for radiology services. I texted back and told them that neither me or my wife have even heard of this company never mind been there. I received another text today, Jun 20th 2024 asking for payment of ********. I called their so called customer service number and got a woman on the phone who could barely speak English. During the conversation I could hear roosters in the background. She looked up the account but refused to give me any information such as date of service or what the services were. She kept saying she was protecting my privacy. She wouldnt even tell me where this business is located. I asked her why wasnt my insurance billed. She told me that my insurance denied the claim. I got frustrated and hung up. I immediately called the claims department at my insurance company. I was told that they never received a claim from Sonoran Radiology. I have a strong feeling that this is a scam. My wife has been going through cancer treatments all at one facility and never once at Sonoran Radiology.

      I went to the emergency room in November 2022 and February 2023. My insurance required a $90.00 copay that I payed at the time of service for each visit. Sometime later I get billed for imaging from Sonoran Radiology. I contacted my insurance and was told I am only responsable for the $90.00 copay. I also contacted the ****** hospital who confirm the copay was my only obligation.

      I have received two text messages in the last month telling me I owe $50.10 to this company. First, there are multiple people in this home and this is not addressed to anyone specific. Second I have not seen an EOB or a paper billing statement from this company, nor am I aware of ever using their services. Third the text is not addressed to anyone specific. Fourth the web link asks me to provide a birthdate, and also is not specific to a person. Finally on the looking them up on the web I see all kinds of issues with this company with regards to billing, including an F rating on your site. I dont even know how to address this with the company directly as they do not seem to have a website and one complaint seemed to indicate they arent even open for business.

      Sonoran Radiology sent multiple texts to us in regards to a bill. We responded by asking for an itemized statement, which we have never received. We had not received ANY paper statements. We asked them to stop texting, it was harassment at that point, they continued and still did not send a paper statement. That was February, March and April. No statement. May 24th we got a statement, the first, saying if it wasnt paid would be going to collections. However, it is NOT an itemized statement and we still have yet to receive one. When I attempted to use the pay online option it is all dead links. Shows as buttons but you cant click anything. I called customer service (outsourced I am sure based on the poor English and comprehension) on 5/30 Shy? Transfered me ******** to after having me on mute, not hold, for 11 minutes. She didnt transfer me/put on hold until I said wow 8 minutes to get help might as well file a BBB complaint while I am sitting here having my time disrespected. She had me on mute for a large portion of the conversation laughing with her coworkers and didnt pay attention to what I said at all which is why I asked for a supervisor. Got an escalation specialist not a a supervisor ******** and she was as well not comprehending English and all she could do was apologize for the inconvenience. She had no solution for us still not having an itemized statement, but she did say we have a 0 balance and thats why I cant click the button. However, they are untrustworthy based on our ongoing experience with them. She said she cannot send an email with proof of 0 balance, can send us a letter in 7-14 business days. Meanwhile they will send us to collections, if there is a balance, which I bet there is , I have NO FAITH in the ability of these overseas employees that are never held accountable and only hired as cheap excuses for employees. So my choices are overpay for something I still havent verified are accurate, go to collections. Would like call back
