If youre reading this, I was in your same situation a few weeks ago. This was my first time selling a property for cash as-is, and I was skeptical. AZ Homebuyers was great to work with in selling an inherited home in **********, while I live in ********. All of my questions (and there were a lot of them!) were answered. Emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. ****** offered more than competitors, the purchase agreement was very straight forward with no contingencies, and put $30,000 in escrow with a few hours after signing agreement. I definitely would recommend this outstanding company.

I live in ******** but inherited a property in a 55+ community what was once occupied by my mom in ********** but leased to a tenant for the last 6+ years. From the time I inherited the property in 2021 until earlier this year, I received numerous calls from "potential buyers". Each asked the same questions-why did I want to sell, how much did I want to get out of the sale and, did I have a mortgage on the property? Most never called back and what was obvious was that these people were only looking for the ****************. If they called back the price they offered was easily $100,000 less than its true value and well below what I stated I was looking for. Needless to say, this all occurred and, surprisingly, within 3 weeks. Before closing we finalized a very ********** extension for my tenant, and I got to walk away feeling good about helping her and receiving a fair sales price. Simple, professionally handled and I believe a win-win for ******, my tenant and myself.
