      Eaten there at Alliance 6 times First 3 good but the last 3 were lacking in taste & prices are not worth bad food I will not eat there again Fried rice was sticky one ************ taste another Lomein lacking in the **************** when you order combonation lomein

      Do not work for this company. I was a former employee at the ******** location at ************ for three years. Apparently, management sides with the bullies more than the victims. I was tormented by a former co-worker who likes to act like a jerk to other people. After having almost 3 years of his ****, I wrote a revenge story on him and another person, as payback for being obnoxious. I was planning on leaving ******* when 2019 came. However, someone discovered my revenge story and I was put on suspension because of it. While I told the then-management about what happened (they understood my situation) and what triggered me to writing that offensive story, HR terminated me because the story had "strong language".4-5 years later, the new set of managers are not over what I had done. General Manager **** acts like a coward and thinks I am trying to harm him, just because of what had happened in 2018. Manager **** "**" is unforgiving. He still talks about me threatening employees and harassing them. We understand **** and ** were not at ******** when the incident happened. However, they take "revenge stories" seriously. While they know about the beef I was having with ********************* (who claims to be "the Good ****" when in reality he isn't), revenge still paints me as the villain. ** had to ban me from P.F. Chang's with the threat that security would be contacted if I ever came back inside. I know P.F. Chang's food is super expensive and I could get more great Chinese food at *****, but ** bluntly tells me to "do whatever I want since this is America". However, it's more about me physically being inside P.F. Chang's. What a hothead.Do not find a job, or order food, at this P.F. Chang's. Like I said, save your money and go to **************

      We had a large party of 7 people meet at P.F. Chang's in ******************, ** on the evening of 12/17/23. Each person liked their food when they received it, and we had a good time at the restaurant. Our server was fantastic. Later that evening the problems began. Three in the party became ill with what appears to be food poisoning.. Two of the three became violently sick ( vomiting and diarrhea ) all night into the morning hours, and one of those required a trip to the ** after approximately 6 hours of nonstop vomiting. The only thing in common between the 3 is they all had shrimp or prawns. The other 4 in the party did not have shrimp and did not get sick.We reported it the day after at the local level and was told it was going to "corporate". In a couple of days I was contacted by ******* insurance company instead. The employee left a message, and I have since replied 4 times with messages to her, with no reply. Maybe P.F. Chang's thinks we will just go away quietly if they just ignore us. Nothing is farther from the truth. This issue will not die here. If I were them I would propose a settlement and start this process again, this time with an abundance of communication.

      I am reaching out to express concern with regards to my experience at the *******************************************************) this evening 12/ 17/23 at around 6:50p. My niece and I entered the establishment and was rudely greeted by the hostess who identified herself as ********. She didnt greet us but instead automatically told us it would be a 30 min wait. When we asked about sitting at bar she said it was closed because theyre overwhelmed. We provided our contact information to wait for the next available table. However, given this unwelcoming experience, we decided to go elsewhere. Prior to exiting, I asked for her name, which she provided, but when I turned to walk away my niece who was with me noticed ******** make a hand gesture as if she was swatting me away (or like whatever). This is totally disrespectful and horrible especially since this was unprovoked. This is the first person people are encountering and its bad for business. I sincerely hope this behavior is checked.

      Worked for this company for almost a year. I ended up quitting because the District Manager ************************* berated me unwarrantedly. I reported this to corporate after I quit. They did an "investigation" into the matter (less than 48 hours) and the DM blatantly lied. This company is unethical and does not value their employees. Toxic employer. I will never work for ******************* and I will never give them my business after this. Shame on P.F. Chang's for allowing upper management to abuse employees who are the foundation of your company.

      On Saturday, February 4th, 2023, my husband and I went to the ******** location. A hostess sat ** upon arriving. Our server, however, did not come over to greet us or take our drink orders within the expected 5-minute window. My husband had to speak with another server 15 minutes later to locate the server assigned to our table. Even after communicating with the server, it still took her another 5 minutes to greet ** and take our drink orders. Looking around the establishment in the section we were seated, we were the only persons of color at the time, and during this wait time, another table with White customers behind ** sat after us and served while we were still waiting. I began to feel disrespected by the lack of service and asked to speak with a manager with the hopes of being heard. However, the manager had yet to come. After waiting a few more minutes, my husband went to find the manager himself and made him aware of our situation.Instead of seeking to understand, the manager ********, the operating partner ***********************************, dismissively told my husband that there was "no perfect restaurant. " He casually mentioned comping our meal as if we intended to complain and get a free meal. I also spoke with the manager ( ***********************************) and was told, "what else do you want me to do? I already spoke with your husband". He began to raise his voice, and my husband addressed him. I am still reeling from this experience as I felt unheard and underappreciated. PF Changs holds a special place in my heart as my husband proposed to me at the Aventura location 19 years ago, and we frequent it often because of this sentimental attachment. In fact, this date was supposed to be an early Valentine's *** meal for my husband, but instead of leaving feeling satisfied and happy, we left sad and upset. Please make it right. Thank you.

      If we could give zero stars we would! This was absolutely terrible. We placed a takeout order and our food wasnt cooked. My husband got Kung POW chicken and from the looks was burnt, but it was ice cold! I got steamed shrimp dumplings and they were raw the shrimp inside was even cooked! Im hoping now We dont get food poisoning from the very few bites we took! Were also worry about our 2yr olds food, mainly because she started eating before we noticed our own! I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager who would only offer to send us gift cards in the mail! Like seriously think were going to go back to that restaurant! I offered to bring the food back and wanted refunded and was told that was not an option! Well Ive already email and contacted the corporate office because this is insane! Now just hoping we all dont get sick!!

      My sister and I arrived at ************************* China Bistro in ********, ** for dinner. We were given a table immediately. Waitress *** came to our table minutes later and asked for our drink order. We ordered 2 strawberry lemonades. Twenty minutes later she returned to our table to tell us they were out and if she could get us something else. We ordered a lemonade and sweet tea. Five minutes later, she returned with our drinks and took our food order. While we patiently waited for our food, we notice *** ********** service her other tables, multiple times but never came back to our table. I over heard her ask the table behind us if everything was ok and if she could them anything. I looked at my sister and then at our half empty drink glasses while she passed our table up. Approximately ***** minutes later, another waiter brought our food to the table. He was very nice. My sister stopped *** as she passed our table again, to ask her for plastic utensils. She said sure and returned to our table minutes later with the plastic utensils. She sat them on the table and turned around and immediately left. We noticed *** constantly going the her other tables and bringing them drink refills and other items. After several minutes passed and *** not returning to our table to ask if our food was ok or if we needed anything, we stopped another waiter and asked if he could send the manager to our table. 5 minutes later, **** (manager) showed up to our table, we explained that *** never returned to our table to see if we needed anything, pointed to our drink glasses and proceeded to tell him how it's obvious we were out if drinks. He apologized and said he would send *** to our table. I asked if he would not send her back to our table because it was obvious she didn't want to wait on us. He apologized again and said he would personally finish waiting on us and went and got our drink refills, asked if we needed anything else when he returned to our table. I told him no thank you and he left the table. My sister and I continued our dinner and our wonderful conversation. *** arrives at our table and in a sarcastic tone said she was sorry but her manager told her we felt she wasn't waiting on us the way we wanted her to. I told her to get away from our table. That she didn't want to wait on us because you didn't come back to our table and even ask if we needed anything. She stood their for a minute and left. My sister and I returned to our conversation, laughing and enjoying our dinner, despite the discourteousness from ***. The manager returned to our table, asked if he could get us anything else, we said no and he handed us our ****. Without disclosing what *** just did, I gave him my credit card. He thanked me and without delay, he briskly left to charge my card. **** returned to our table with the **** receipt and my credit card, thanked us again, asked if he could box any of our remaining food up. I said yes. He boxed our food, smiled and thanked us for dining with them. After **** left our table, *** showed up at our table again. In a loathe tone, she asked if we wanted her name and the corporate office number so we can file a complaint since we felt she didn't wait on us they way we wanted her to. My sister nor I answered her. We began retrieving our person belongs to leave the restaurant. She repeated herself again. I told her to get away from our table. We did not ask her to come to our table and for her to leave us alone. I continued telling to tell her if we wanted her name and the corporate office number, we would have asked the manager for it. She continued to stand by our table while talking in a impertinent tone. I looked pass *** to see **** (manager) standing 10 feet behind her watching and listening to the entire conversation. I told *** again to please remove herself away from our table, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful but I didn't want her at our table. I looked at my sister in dismay. My sister looked at **** (the manager), ushered him with her hand to our table and told him to get *** away from our table. **** said something to *** while she continued talking in a rude tone. We got up and left the restaurant because we didn't want to continuously be harassed and spoken to in such rude way by *** and watch the manager stand there and do nothing. This was a very upsetting situation my sister and I endured and it's sad to say but NO customer should be treated this way by employees of a business. I sent a complaint to ******************* on their corporate office website, disclosing my name and phone number. At the end of the message, it said I would hear from someone within 3-5 days and no one never called. Disappointed.
