Attended FREE workshops via ******** in 2021, was given the opportunity to have a VIP Q&A with Success Coach, Oct. 25/21. ******* was incredibly kind, however encouraged me to join the coaching program, opt for payment plan, and stressed IMMENSELY not to worry about the first payment - I'd make it back, and don't even think about the next payment.. I'd experience results within the first few weeks and have the money for next payment for sure. Lots of encouragement and pushing to convince me this was so. I joined, paid this first payment, followed all coaching, indulged in all material, NO results, maxed out credit card, no way to pay next payment. Received notice that I would be removed from program for not making "tuition payment," fine by me. I made multiple attempts to obtain refund until I was in a better financial position, with no sort of help or offer for any other form of resolution from ***** Gallagher. She has since been incredibly rude about the entire situation. The program was NOT what was described to me prior to joining, there were no 1-on-1 coaching sessions as I had been told, material was no different/better than the FREE workshops on ******** or videos available on ******** There was no individual help WHATSOEVER. Nothing was as described, and I'm extremely disappointed in the communication from Proctor Gallagher during my efforts to come to a solution/agreement or obtain refund.Business response

To whom it may concern....It is unfortunate that ****** is painting this picture that she was taken advantage of in this program. We have payment plans to adhere to and if you are not able to make your payment we have a grace ****** of 21 days; ****** was given a grace ****** of 3 months in order to give her time to make her next payment. She eventually lost access because of non payment and ****** stated very clearly that she did participate in the program, so I am not understanding why she is asking for a refund when she did in fact receive value and participated. I also let her know she could come back within a year and the $1500 she paid would be applied to her balance. She did write that she wanted to come back at another time. If she didn't find value I wouldn't think she would have written that in an email.
It is written very clearly in the terms and conditions that there are no refunds. PGI does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific personal, professional or financial results by your participation in the Program. PGI also does not guarantee you will earn any specific amount of income as a result of your participation in the Program. PGI makes no promises, representations or warranties concerning the viability of any goals, aspirations or endeavors you may identify or choose to pursue during or as a result of your participation in the Program.

I have clearly explained why I am requesting a refund, you're playing dumb at this point and have been incredibly rude. **************** is a valued trait in ******, and if someone doesn't feel they received value or what was described, they are entitled to request compensation.Business response

********* Brand received the program and all the material and coaching for 3 months and paid for only one month. She is upset that she did not create more wealth in the time she was in the program and now wants a refund, and it is stated very clearly there are no refunds and PGI does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific personal, professional or financial results by your participation in the Program. PGI also does not guarantee you will earn any specific amount of income as a result of your participation in the Program.
I would like to ask ********* this question: if you buy groceries and **** your dinner and eat it, do you go back to the grocery store and ask for a refund because you are not able to afford to buy groceries for your next meal?
She was given two extra months in the program as a courtesy already.

Im not going to engage in ***** bickering over this. She has been incredibly rude in her accusations. It has nothing to do with being upset that I did not create more wealth, but everything to do with being coerced into joining with strong assurance that it WOULD help create at least enough income to make the program payments. If I had a recording of my Zoom meeting with the success advisor, I would share it to backup what Im saying. I dont just complain for the sake of complaining and getting money back from businesses.
The comparison of groceries does not apply. Utterly ignorant. I work hard for my.money, I don't get it handed to me for pretending to coach by a multi million dollar company. I deserve to get back what I paid for not receiving a service that was expected & nowhere near as described.Initial Complaint

Here is PGI's response to Anise:
Hello *****,
Thank you for taking the time to write in and express your concern with your Proctor Gallagher Consultant, ****. I do apologize for the experience you have had in the program.
All of our Proctor Gallagher Consultants run their own business and handle all of their clients directly. Since they operate as individuals, The Proctor Gallagher Institute does not have access to the terms you agreed upon or the payments you made. We are unable to refund you or cancel your access. I have documented your complaint, and I have also forwarded it to **** to address. You will need to work directly with her to resolve this issue. Again, I do apologize.Customer response

Thank you for your response, however I requwst the *** take a less lenient approach to a "coach" of thier program that charges their clients different rates, does not reimburse large sums of money when she makes a financial mistake and goes out of communication when confronted.
Thank youInitial Complaint

I ordered the success coaching in May, I believe. They state that there is a no refund policy. I have been following the practices, yet no result. I have not had an income since March and I have reached out for counseling on several occasions. The response is slow in coming, while people are taking pictures of themselves successful on the beach. I could have really used that money for a purpose rather than flushing it down the toilet. I guess it is the price to pay for being gullible.Business response

Hi *******....I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your results in this program. We do have a lot of support with daily Q&A calls to answer your questions on the material and coaching as well as a mastermind group and weekly lessons from ***. It does take time to see the results you want in physical form and it is important you study and take action on your primary goal each day. I do see you have received help from Pixie on several occasions.
Also, I do want to mention that you signed the terms and conditions for the coaching program and there are no refunds in the program. I do hope you keep moving forward and continue to do the work. We really don't know when a want will move into physical form and there is a lot of subtle change that occurs on the spiritual and mental realm before it moves into the physical. There is a lot of growth that occurs when you take action on your goal and it does take time.

I was lured into buying the ******** into Results (TIR) program by Proctor Gallagher Institute consultant. The *** consultant posted some videos on ******** where he is interviewing his own people who are praising ***** of ******** into results. I was not aware of this and you would also not know in the beginning.I paid USD9000 for this program. The tag line on *** website says, you tell me what you want and I can show you how to get it which is not true.I enrolled in program around March 2020 and it has been more than a year. I have gone through each exercise and attended each session conducted but I don't see changes I expected in my life.when I discuss this with *** consultant, I am told for some people results are achieved in few months while for some it may take 20 years and I am at fault if results are not being achieved. My honest view on ******** into Results program is it will motivate you to do something but to do something you need guidance and someone who could help you which is not the case with TIR consultants. . I see most of the guys who are attending session with me are ending up selling TIR to others or planning meditation session to earn money and my *** consultant expects this is the way to earn money if we want to utilise TIR. I feel cheated and I advise everyone, don't get duped if someone posts videos showing how someone's salary has increased 500 times or how a business has grown multifold by following ******** into results(TIR) program. This program is useful only for those who want to sell it further just like a network marketing company. Please please save your hard earned money and don't fall for this scam. I am feeling very sad and pained by paying USD9000 for this program. To add to my woes, my *** consultant is telling me that something is wrong with me if I am not able to achieve the results while I was expecting him to guide me.Business response

This has been escalated to the director of PGC consultant program. I do see there is no information about who the *** consultant is who sold you the program. Please send this information or contact this coach directly. PGI is not responsible for refunds from a consultant; you will need to go directly to that person for any compensation for money spent.Customer response

Hi,
the consultant name is ******** jain. The program is owned by *** and hence accountability lies with ***. The refund must come from *** or *** must ask their consultant too give me refund. Whenever i call the *** consultant he doesnt answer my call. When i ask during the session about my progress i am not committed and i must attend meditation sessions also. I was not aware meditation sessions are part of TIR.At times, he has behaved rudely with me just because i am asking for guidance and finally i have been told, to succeed i must sell TIR to my friends and relatives. Can you answer following questions?
1. Is meditation part of TIR? If yes, why it is not talked about in any of the lessons ?
2. The guys in my group who want to sell TIR are making videos telling how they have become super rich by using TIR. This is not ethical to lie just to sell a program to someone. This is how i was duped by *** consultant.
3. i paid USD9000 for TIR and USD3000 for lead the field. I am asking refund only for TIR as i did not get what it promised and i am being singled out by *** consultant as he wants me to focus on selling TIR and promoting meditation. . Lead the Field was purely a self study program which i am following but it didnt have same promises ans results attached to it as TIR.
In expect a professional company like *** to act ethically and provide the refund to me either directly or through their consultant.
i am looking forward to your reply to solve this dispute.Business response
