      This is my order id #*******. I ordered 1 pair shoes. In website its showing me thay your shoes has been delivered to your mail box. But in my mail was empty. I went to **** they said they are not responsible for that curiour. So i mailed back to customer care but i didnt get my refund.

      I purchased a pair of shoes from this company on Oct.31. 2023, they arrived November 7 2023.I wore these shoes one day and knew they would not work for me. I only wore them for 1.5 hours.The website states they offer 100% satisfaction and an 180 day return policy.When I tried to return the shoes yesterday, I was told I could not because they had been worn!This company has no storefront, teh only way to see if a "walking shoe" is going to suite you for "walking" is to actually walk in them, of course they had been worn. This company is extremely fraudulent in their advertisement. I would have never ordered shoes on line from a company they would not allow returns.Apparently, this is a recurrent issue with this comapny.Horrible.

      - Original purchase transaction occurred on September 27th, 2023 - Transaction amount was $73.85 - Men's All Day Arch Support Shoes - Insufficient arch support - returned for refund per their advertised free 180-day return policy - Business authorized return & refund in an email from the pictures I submitted, then denied the refund upon receipt stating "according to the information which was updated by **************, which shows that the shoes is unsellable." The solitary picture of the shoes only showed the soles of the shoes with a dust-like substance that was not present upon return shipment.- Order #WH35061 - The 180-day free returns & refund is advertised on their website (included the website and advertisement in a PDF document provided with this complaint)

      Unable to get a hold of customer service in regards to shipping address. They will not give you the proper channels. Next to impossible to return item.

      WalkHero is a scam operation. They advertise here in the US and on their website that they have 180-Day Free ******************** That couldn't be farther from the truth. They not only sent me manufacturer defective shoes, they made EVERY effort to delay, deny, and postpone any attempt in returning the items. They also falsely advertise free returns. They make YOU pay for the returns. Once they received the return, they delay even further and say they never received them, even though I have a letter of proof from the their local postmaster. They falsely advertise and make every attempt to rip the consumer off.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes, one pair of slippers from WalkHero. Website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund and offers free returns. I've been going back and forth with them for a couple of months. They have promised to issue a refund, but have not. And they have not provided return labels so that I can return the shoes.

      Horrible shoes. Advertised to help people with painful foot conditions. Shoes have ZERO support of any kind. Soles feels like cardboard. Upon trying to return, I have received nothing but runaround from the company. Hoping to recoup what I was scammed out of from PayPal, $113. Please keep other people in pain and looking for solutions from being scammed also!!!

      WH13506 order number, it was ordered on 1-16-23. Tracking number is not found YT2301621272162602, I never received it. $54.85 and $.55 total amount Emailed them also because there is not contact number and never heard back.

      I ordered 5 pairs of women's insole in a size 7.5 on the Walkhero website. I had purchased insoles by this brand on Amazon prior to this, and this is the first time I had ordered through the company website directly. The ordering process was pretty straightforward however the issues began immediately after I placed my order. I received a tracking number from and the tracking link simply did not work. I emailed the company and they sent me a new tracking link. The package arrived the same day. The insoles sent to me were clearly not the ones I ordered. What I received were 5 pairs of men's size 10, and not the women's size 7.5 I had requested. Disappointed, I emailed the company the next day to let them know. This was on Nov. 9. They emailed me back the same day to tell me the insoles were correct but that they were cuttable and I'm supposed to size them down. I emailed them back the next day and told them that is not what I ordered. I specifically ordered a size 7.5 women's. My insoles were not cuttable either way. I received no response. On Nov 16, I received a customer feedback email from the company. i wrote a review of my experience so far. I also sent an email to them Nov. 17. I requested a full refund. I received a response from them the same day offering to send out replacement women's insoles in a size 5-7. I sent them an email on Nov. 21 explaining that I am a size 7.5. I requested a refund because it was clear that I was getting no where. I received no response. I sent another email to them on Dec. 2. No response. I sent another email on Dec. 19. As i am writing this on Dec. 19, i still have not received a response from the company. They seemed to have gone radio silent on me.

      I ordered a pair of Orthopedic Jogging shoes from Walk Hero for $94.00. I received an email confirming my order with delivery in 10 to 15 days. Have not received a product and their phone number says it is not a working number. I read several reviews recently that said they have not received their products either. I think they stole my ********* have been scammed. I cannot track my package because I had to get a SHOP app which I did then it doesnt tell me anything. I think they are scammers.
