We booked a private Grand Canyon Luxury Private Tour with pickup from ****** based on all the 5 star reviews on line. Facts:1. Advertisement is for luxury car - ******* Navigator We got a 10 year Kia ****** with smashed driver side mirror fastened on with duck tape. Not luxurious nor a safe car.2. Advertisement is for an experienced guide We got ****** who was on the job for a month or so and we learned more about his 5 marriages then our trip.3. Advertisement is for an 8 hour trip.****** didnt know routes at Grand Canyon park and exited early by mistake. We only got stops and pictures in the morning as we were hurrying to make our lunch appointment. He offered to take us to view the 45 minute IMAX movie instead to make up for it- no thanks, we passed. We didnt pay $1200 to watch a movie. We complained to tour operator, and tripadvisor (who we booked through) as well as credit card company- to no avail for refund. Since we completed the trip and tipped driver(out of pity).
