This restaurant used to be one of my families favorite places to go for a quick, easy lunch and or dinner, up until recently. We have been coming here for years, and have brought many coworkers and additional family members to this restaurant due to their once great service. Upon a recent visit we were denied service due to the hostess claiming we dont tip enough, for years we have graciously tipped 25 to 35 percent to any and all of our wait staff. The night my partner and I were removed from the restaurant for the host/bartender thinking our tips were not enough was blatantly disrespectful and downright unprofessional and in no way shape or form is a good business model. We were laughed at, while all the staff made jokes and comments about us upon exit, I had got into contact with the restaurants manager, who swore he would call me back and get the situation rectified. After weeks and now months of zero response from him, or any cold beers representative blatantly tells me that this establishment does not care what so ever about customer service. Never in my life have I ever been removed from a restaurant for tipping ***** percent. The blatant disrespect has left an obscenely horrible taste in my mouth and I will never provide any sort of business or referrals to this establishment ever again. Anyone wearing a cold beers and cheeseburgers logo on thier shirt should be downright embarrassed of themselves.Initial Complaint

I came in a month ago and was treated unfairly. The staff refused to wait on me or open the exterior window to watch the college football games. I spoke to the hostess to get menus and open the windows. I waited 15 minutes and nothing happened so I went in again to speak with her. Still nothing. If Im not refunded for my visits with this establishment Ill take all necessary action for this discrimination.
