    I'm terribly disappointed with my experience here. Misleading and untruthful. I had my consultation with ******, the owner, to remove the end of my eyebrows (which had already had 2 previous treatments at another place) and a tattoo on my lower back (that had 8+ treatments done at another place). I expressed my frustration that the previous place I went to swore they could remove the tattoo's within a couple treatments, which simply wasn't true. ****** was confident that she could remove the tattoo's within one or two treatments. She offered me a discounted package of 3 sessions if I paid upfront and she told me, "if you don't need the 2nd or 3rd treatment, I'll refund your card for them". I attended 2 of the sessions and I was there each time for so much longer than expected. The 2nd session I was there for almost 3 hours! The numbing cream that was used wasn't strong enough, so to re-apply with the higher percentage of lidocaine cream and wait, took even more time. After the 2nd session and almost 2 months of healing time, the tattoo's are still not gone and the end of my eyebrows look worse. I am currently under the care of a dermatologist to manage the slight scarring from the removal. The tattoo on my back lightened slightly, but it's definitely not gone. Not even close. I sent a message to the ****** saying that I wasn't interested in coming in for my 3rd session and would like the refund for it. She replied with an email and referenced their no refund policy and that even if I have a doctors note that says I'm no longer an appropriate candidate for the procedure, I'd still have to pay a $150 admin fee. And keep in mind, this entire experience has been with the owner! Talk about terrible business practices. False promises, setting unrealistic expectations, and damaging my skin. Beware!

    We understand your frustration undergoing all those treatments prior to coming to see us that comment should be directed to the prior location you went too. Our packages and payment plans are offered in a minimum package of 5 sessions, in your case we made an exception in pricing and number of sessions taken in consideration your past procedures. We informed you it is mandatory to come back every 6 weeks for the Treatment to be successful. Unfortunately you canceled twice your Appointments not respecting the protocol we established with you at the consultation visit. If we would of known you where not planning on following up with your treatment we would have refused you as a candidate. We are very successful when clients follow the Treatment Protocol. We thrive in giving great results that give's us great Reviews. You also omitted to mention that you went to see a Dermatologist you are not supposed to get 2 different treatments at the same time. It is also stated on our website that we have Admin fees every time we process payments. Lastly we are Technicians not Magicians you don't show up for your Appointments we can not give you the results we promised. Services were rendered. We cannot refund services.
