I am tried to cancel my edge fitness membership since i am moving out of state to college, i had intended to freeze the policy until i return from college, but when i have been trying to freeze it they are requesting something impossible of me to verify that i am in fact going to college. They are requesting my schedule on a college letterhead with my name at the bottom. Now i understand that i agreed to the terms but i have shown them my tuition bill, my schedule, my adress for the dorm, and even a signed official document from the head of enrollment at my college, stating that i am attending college in the fall semester. There is 0 customer service or support, i am constantly and endlessly being transferred to someone else, and the supervisor that i talked to was having technical difficulties and said they would call me back within the day, its been over 36 hours. I just would like to freeze my policy during the college semester than resume payment during the summer, but now i want a full cancellation and to never return to edge fitness again.
