I book a flight along with a hotel stay through USAA Member Travel Privileges. The airline was *************** The flight was supposed to be yesterday, leaving HSV going to ******* ******* at 3:20 yesterday afternoon. At 10:30 am I received a text from ************** stating flight was canceled. I spent all day trying to straighten this out. Nobody is returning calls. I have repeatedly emailed, called and now USAA member travel is telling me the flight was not canceled and I have proof it did. My vacation is already ruined..now I just want the money back I spent on airfare along with the $600 I paid for the hotel that I cannot get to.Initial Complaint

In 3 separate instances I found the practices of Travel services very unethical. I am seeking a refund of my membership fee.1. I inquired about reserving a property for a family get away but did not book the reservation at that time. When I tried to make the reservation about 10 days later, the price had gone up $400 for a 4-day stay. I believe the increase was because of my initial inquiry.2. When I did make a reservation for another property, they made the reservation for the wrong dates. They refused to refund my money even though the error was their fault.3. This Travel Services charges for property rentals for the number of days the property is occupied--not the number of nights like all other reservation services. This allows them to add an additional day to the cost even though they can have clients come and go on the same day. This allows for double booking and increasing their income at the expense of the client.I have no wish to be a part of a company that exploits its clients in these unethical practices.
