I can only praise LaC. I traded my ********************** in for a Huracan Spyder. The process was perfect even though we have 2000 miles separating us. LaC took care of the ***** up and drop off of my cars. The car was exactly how it was described and runs perfectly.

Professional, Honest and operate with Integrity. These are the 3 baseline things that have to be present for me to even consider making a substantial financial decision. Fortunately at LAC the employees I dealt with had these characteristics and more. When buying cars over the years I have developed a very pessimistic approach because of poor treatment or flat out lies so it has been very refreshing to see that not everyone is that way in the auto business. I have never been a repeat customer at a dealership before but I will be at ***. I would recommend that you go check them out for yourself and have your own experience and you will see what I mean. ****

Don't Buy from LAC!I bought a couple cars from LAC and they are nice guys when you meet them in person. Most recently I bought a Bentley Bentayga from them was in 2022. I asked multiple times if the carfax was clean and they told me it was spotless. They told me the car has no problems. I bought the car and shipped it home and I immediately started noticing that areas of the car had been touched up with touch up paint. These touch up areas immediately started falling off revealing the undercoat. The rims were also touched up and started revealing scratches after a few weeks. I keep this thing garaged and dont often drive it, and yet I continue to see issues popping up all of which I have had to have fixed through my mechanic. Now I see that the Carfax actually does have damage on it from before I bought he vehicle. The whole process with this car has been ridiculous. I wish I bought this car from another dealer as I paid a top of the market price. I have offered to trade it back in with LAC and they gave me a super lowball offer. This is the second time they gave me a super lowball offer for a car. When you buy a car they act like they're your buddies and you can always sell the car back to them, Don't beleive them. They will misrepresent the car to you and tell you it's clean. Once you take custody all the problems are yours. If you try to sell it back they will give you a lowball offer that if you accepted would have you losing a ton of money. Stay away.

I would not recommend buying a van from this dealership. They were very nice until I got a used van delivered they sold as new. (They said technically not used because it was never titled) I cannot believe any dealership would send a vehicle out in this condition, especially one with Luxury in their name. I asked to return the van, get a discount, or pay for for my time to get the items fixed. **** said "no" he would not do any of that. I told him I am going to post all of the pictures and let the public decide, since he didnt believe me they were issues. He said I am resorting to extortion which is illegal. I paid for a new van and would like a new van. The van had **** miles on it and when I asked **** why it had mileage on it he said it was driven from the manufacturer. He just kept saying it has not been titled, so it is not used. He accused me of sending so many problems that were not problems he could not address any of them as he has other customers to take care of. I am sorry we kept finding more issues each time tried to address one of the issues. He told me I have to deal with the issues through ******** and Midwest, they are not his problems. I contacted ******** on some of the issues and they told me Midwest is no longer and approved ******** up fitter. We were never told this and creates a whole new set of issues. They will not remove any panels to do repairs and are not responsible for any damage to the conversion. **** told me today LAC broke the windshield while installing the mirror, so I figured that is why the lane assist and sign recognition will not work. ******** said they will not cover the recalibration because it was not done through ********. Van showed up over 24 hours later than the deliver stated it would be here and with now phone call. So you decide is this a dealer you want to do business with? **** thinks it is a problem with me the customer. See ****** or yelp for full review and pictures

I saw a new model *************** and thereafter corresponded with *********************. I relied upon the representations that were made and caused a substantial amount of money to be wired for purchase. I just got delivery yesterday. Everything that I was told was accurate. The car was represented as flawless and while I am a critical person and have an eagle eye when it comes to cars, the car was in fact flawless. ***** arranged for transportation of the car to me at a time when most transporters were already fully booked taking cars to the Pebble Beach Concourse. Nevertheless, the car was picked up on time and delivered to me on time. The service I received was exemplary. I have read the couple of negative reviews and I can only state that my experience was entirely different. I have no hesitation in recommending any prospective customer to deal directly with *****. I have asked ***** to look for another exotic.

I have purchased two vehicles from this team. I trust them. They have stood by each purchase and have followed up with me on occasion to assure complete satisfaction. They have also checked with me on new deals that they feel I might be interested in with out putting pressure. Try them out for yourself.

I dealt with "Gabe" the finance manager and the ** "Nick." ***** Shady "lease" deals from Luxury ************** with $20,000 in hidden costs and fees and interest in the deal... Things change without you knowing it here and/or they just change when they choose to change their minds..... A Red Lamborghini I was going to buy has an odometer issues they don't speak of or show... Price was ******* they told me ******* and then they tried to sneak a ******* priced deal in front of me...... They even stated they don't honor ***************** which ******************** day warranty. **** month old pics used when advertising and the miles aren't accurate on the advertisement... Just ALL bad. They also will push you onto shady Leases with "Luxury **************" who give them kick backs and add THOUSANDS to your **** and they don't disclose the legality of where the amounts are coming from.
