Myself *************************** purchased a used 2023 Silverado 3500 02/29/2024 from Unique Trucks. As stated talking to the sales person over the phone the truck was is near perfect condition. I asked if the truck has ever been smoked in and the dealership denied that the it has ever been smoked in. The truck was driven to my house by a member of unique trucks. Upon the initial test drive I only smelt a heavy chemical cleaning solution smell and thought it was from them detailing the inside of the car. A few days later after the chemical smell went away all you can now smell is a heavy cigarette smell inside the truck.The dealership completely did me wrong on lying that the truck has ever been smoked in. I would have never purchased this truck if they disclosed this information to me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a vehicle (2017 **** F-250 *****************) from Unique Trucks on 7/21/2023 today is 10/13/2023 and I still do not have Title, Registration Plates, or a call back from ************************* the Dealerships General Manager or ******************************* Director of Finance. I have reached out to the dealer on 7 occasions to inquire as to the issue and was told it was due to ******* *** not allowing 3 errors when entering the *** (they did provide an additional 30-day Temporary registration this past week. Subsequently I have reached out to the *** and was told there is currently no activity on the title of the vehicle I purchased on 7/21/23 and is still held the former owners name. Additionally, when purchasing/financing the vehicle through the Dealer I was told that my Pre-Approved Lendor ******* Federal switched my rate and was going to be significantly higher than what I was quoted by my lending officer. The Dealer, however, offered a much lower rate, 14% down to 9% if I opted to finance it through ********* but I was required to purchase a $3,900 extended warranty through Unique Trucks (I declined). ****** called me back minutes later to inform me that he was able to negotiate with **** and provide that same rate without having to purchase the warranty. I have since contact ************** Federal and each where given a different Value of the Truck, Ally was provided a value of $36,*** and **************** was given $28,*** (have filed a complaint on the Dealer to each Bank).
