I ordered one trial bottle of the keto cleanse product and they continue to send more and CHARGE every single month. No way to contact the company. I never signed up for a recurring agreement nor does this product even work Make them stop sending and charging my credit card please!Initial Complaint

Signed up for a free trial on my cellphone. Was supposed to be $6.95, they charged it twice. Never received anything in the mail. 10 days later, charged my credit card for $96.95 twice. Called with Bank to dispute and they said it is a legitimate charge and they cannot do anything about it except cancel my card to block any future charges. The bank provided the number for the company, called the company. They could only cancel my account to make sure I didn't have any future charges. Could not get my money back. I never received any product and never authorized the charge. I am out $207.80 for nothing. Ridiculous.Initial Complaint

02/07/2022, last transaction, cancelled my card, contacted bank, twice, they still find a way for a work around, to charge my bank. Never answer the phone. Nothing seems to work with this fraudulent company. Just want it to stop. Now.Business response

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to respond and assist this customer, *****************************.
We were able to locate her account by her shipping address,we do show a different email address on file *************************** than the one associated to her BBB complaint.As of today, February 16, 2022 we have canceled the account and refunded the last transaction that took place on 02/03/2022 in the amount of $24.98. Our return/refund policy is to request an RMA number by calling or emailing customer support within 30 days of the purchase date and returning the product. We have made an exception, where **************** has no need to return her last order for the full refund. She should see the refund within ***** hours.
To better assist our customers, can you please inquire with **************** what customer service toll-free phone number or support email address she has been using to contact us? I have searched our email system with both of her email addresses--show no record of her emailing. I also reviewed her past orders within our CRM for any phone logs or notes that she had called us and nothing pulled up.
If we have incorrect information online or on the packing slip, we would like to get this resolved.We are sorry for any inconvenience for ****************.

I have tried to cancel my order several times but it seems impossible to contact the company either by phone or email. I did the trial and found I didnt get any benefit but did have side effects. I continue to receive orders and have been charged each time but all I ever receive is a packing slip. I want the shipments to stop and a refund for the shipments I did not order.Business response

Thank you for contacting us today and staring your concern with us. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you have experienced. I am hoping this response can provide you some more information.
Our records indicate your order was placed on 07/15/2020. This order contained the following:
O# ********_KetoFast - Buy2Get1 SUBSCRIPTION_$149.91
O# ********_KetoCleanse UPSALE SUBSCRIPTION_$29.99
Following the initial order, single bottles are sent out monthly on a recurring basis until cancellation of subscription. Our system shows that multiple prior attempts to ship your monthly subscription were unsuccessful due to the card on file declining. However, your most recent subscription shipments were successful and processed. I unfortunately do not see any record of prior cancellation via phone or email on your account. The packing slip included in your shipment(s) does contain a customer support email address for your convenience.
Your account has been cancelled as of 11/23/2021 and you will receive no further charges or shipments. We unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund for any orders past 30 days of purchase. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that must be agreed to in order to place the initial order.I see you have two orders that are within policy and can still be returned for a refund minus $5 processing. If you would like to return your two most recent orders,please let us know and we can send you a return authorization number. I can also offer you a $50 restaurant voucher that can be used with a number of restaurants. If you would like to accept this, I can send the voucher to you electronically to your email on file instead of you returning the items.

I am still being billed every month for a trial. Of this product keto cleanse I have canceled at least six times and every month they **** me again and send me another bottle as if I requested it but I did not. I want a refund for the last 6 months at least and I want these people to stop billing me. I am not using the product I don't want the product and I've canceled. I do not want to change my bank card as I am a recent widow and am not going out much right now. So this is causing me a lot of problems not good for my nervous breakdown after my husband passed away. They are causing me emotional and mental and physical stress. If there's any way you can resolve this I will thank you very much from the bottom of my heart I need to get these people out of my bank account. Thank you so much I'm living on widow's benefits.
