I've used them for over 10 year. I've never had a problem. They've always answered the phone, etc. When I have had to return a product or two, they refunded me. My sister has used these products for over 40 years. I think they are an excellent source of supplements and I've had excellent results using the products we have tailored to our needs. I have also consulted with their medical advisors before, and I was pleased with our conversation. I highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family.Review from Karen H

This company is unbelievably non-responsive! Someone has committed fraud with my credit card and opened two different accounts with Life ********************* using the same card. They know that it is fraud. When I called them, they did nothing about it. They won't give me a refund, and they give me the run-around when I ask for a manager. They are not at all interested in stopping further fraud. They won't refund me. Unbelievable!Review from Cathy L

I have been a member of Life Extension for more than 10 years and have found them to be excellent to work with. They have a panel of scientists and medical doctors on their advisory review board. They publish a very good monthly magazine with many cutting edge articles. I have never had any trouble returning a product. You can buy Life Extension at the Vitamin Shoppe in person. I just did that tonight. So if there's a problem, just keep the receipt. It's always hard to return stuff from online. Go into the store. Problem solved!Review from Riley

This company is a scam. If you make a purchase and attempt to return it (even unopened) they will nickel and dime the return until there is not much left. As an example, I spent $66.95 which was charged to my credit card. I attempted to return some merchandise that I found had undesirable fillers, sugar, etc. as part of the ingredients. They took $5.50 for a return shipping label off of the balance. This was not shipping this was just a label. They then took $50 to pay for their rewards program which I did not want to be a part of. The balance was left of $11.45. I could cancel the rewards program but then I must pay then pay for shipping. Clearly, they were intent on eating up every dime they could for a product that had ingredients that I was not comfortable with. They do not honor the 30-day unconditional guarantee. I will never purchase from them again.
