      In 2022 I contacted a Plexus salesperson to order the 3-day reset cleanse for my husband and I. Unbeknownst to me at the time, she added multiple additional and expensive products to my order and signed up both my husband and I as salespeople - without our consent. I returned the unwanted products but Plexus refused to refund the shipping and said I had to ask the salesperson to refund the cost of shipping. When I contacted her (the rep) about shipping she was annoyed and never reimbursed me. Fast forward to 2023 and Plexus charged my credit card $19.95 each again for my husband and I. I called Plexus and was told it was our annual membership fee (that we never agreed to). I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company because Plexus refused to refund it because it was in the past. It took multiple calls to finally get someone on the phone. We NEVER agreed to be sales members and had no knowledge of our enrollment. When I finally got through to someone at Plexus they said they would cancel our membership but I had to agree that I could never sign up as a sales rep again in my lifetime because I canceled it. Now in 2024 Plexus charges my credit card $19.95 again! This is beyond ridiculous and fraud by Plexus. A company is legally not allowed to charge your credit card without your knowledge or consent. Plexus has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Im sure many people dont even notice the charge on their credit card since they keep doing it. When I called Plexus, the rep said my husband was still enrolled. We didnt know he was still enrolled. She said she would email him a cancellation link but the email address she said they have on file for him was missing a letter and was incorrect. She said she couldnt change the email in their system but that she would email him. AGAIN, I reminded her the email they have is wrong and that he would not get the email she sends. She still wouldnt correct it but said he had to call to cancel. Ridiculous!!

      Plexus deserves zero stars in my mind. I tried their products in 2021. The first thing they wanted me to do was promote their products before i even tried any. Of course I didn't promote anything before trying the products. After using the products for 3 months, i gained 15lbs! I cancelled my subscription in ****************************** the annual fee. I just called them again to cancel yet again. They said they will refund this last fee but nothing before it. I will be watching more closely next year to be sure they don't try to charge me yet again. They are terrible to work with and the products did nothing for me.

      If I could give it 0 stars I would. Many plexus sellers are selling it to pregnant or breast feeding women. Like good old *****************************. Continually going on and on about how its so safe to take during pregnancy and breast-feeding and it helps so much and yet plexus continually does nothing about it. Its dangers.

      Can't say enough good things about this company! I was very skeptical at first, too, but it has helped me to change my life and my health. Recently, for the first time in the 1.5 years I've used this company, they got one of my supplements wrong in my subscription. I contacted them, they sent the right one for no charge, and let me keep the other. I love that I can set the date of my subscription for whenever I want and change it however I need to. There's no crazy requirements or penalties for being an embassador, it's really laid back and all the hard stuff is taken care of by the company.They are networking marketing and get a bad reputation for that but really it's networking marketing the way it should be done.

      I tried products back in 2021. The products were not for me, so I cancelled my subscription. Fast forward to three years later, they are still charging my credit card $39.95 per year for a membership fee! I have never promoted their products or signed anyone up under me and they claim that I had to fill out a form to cancel when I was not told nor offered any such form to fill out. I asked for a refund and they will only give me two years worth of fees as "an exception" but will not refund the other money.

      I will admit, the products are ok, it's the fact that this *********** ******* doesn't want you to follow your own religious beliefs, they refuse to assist in getting your pay to you when it is held hostage by their third party *******. I won't go into the ridiculous cost of shipping and how they clone posts all over social media. As a ******* that promotes the be your own boss, work from your phone, we're here to help you... it's a giant fail.

      I took this product for 7 days. Several days into it, I developed dizziness, nausea, headaches, and felt bad for about 2 hours after taking each product. My sister started the product at the same time and had the same symptoms. Our ambassador told us it was detox and we should push through it. Due to headaches, we began to check blood pressure on a regular basis and it was extremely high. Prior to taking this product, our blood pressure was controlled on prescribed medications for years. We both have had to make additional visits to our doctors and had medications adjusted. We have had tests done and labs done. My sister had normal labs 3 days prior to taking taking this product. After being on this product for 7 days, she had labs repeated and had had a decline in her kidney function. After researching the ingredients in each product, I found that kidney and liver damage was a side effect as well as hypertension. It is not approved by the **** This product is toxic and should not be taken without consulting a professional healthcare provider. I recommend to anyone wanting to begin this product to do a thorough investigation and only start it after consulting your healthcare provider. TaraB

      It is next to impossible to get them to honor the 60 day money back guarantee. The product makes me sick, and yet I still am out money because I have to pay to ship it back and pay a fee on top of that. I know people who work for plexus and I see all the extravagant trips and gifts they are given. Yet, I have to pay extra to return products that make me sick. ALSO - the perks that I have earnedI cant get without paying shipping. Sure they will come with a monthly subscription order, but since I dont plan on continuing anything to do with Plexus after I get this refund for the products, I am just out those perks, unless I want to pay even more money to get them. Plexus can take its ambassadors on extravagant cruises and give expensive gifts, but they cant send me products that I have earned. Its a huge scam.
