I am so FRUSTRATED with the status of this issue and I'm irritated discussing this. I've been dealing with a windshield that this company replaced which doesn't allow me to do drive over 60 mph with out the sound of wind coming through for close to a year!!There has been so many managers/reps. (********************************** etc......... that I spoke with and the situation still is not resolved nor rectified.Initial Complaint

I took my 2018 Tesla Model X to the Glass America store located at ********************************************************* on 11/22/2022 to replace the front windshield. The replacement was 100% covered by my *********************** policy. In the process of removing the cracked windshield, the technician put a series of dents in the dashboard grill cover. The service advisor agreed and arranged to have ***** replace the damaged part. On 12/10/22, I went to the ************* center in *************, **. They had the replacement part, but were not aware that they had to install it. I had to be rescheduled for 1/12/23 at the **************, ** service center. They installed the part but Glass Americas credit card on file was denied after the repair. In order for me to pick up my vehicle, I had to provide my credit card. The repair cost $457.16. I have talked to ****, the service advisor multiple times, and he has tried to advocate for me with the regional office including promising that they have approved the reimbursement. After four months, I have yet to be reimbursed.
