      On February 24, 2022 I paid Su Vino Winery $340.36 for a case (approx 30 bottles) of a customized wine blend and to be able to personally bottle that wine on April 25, 2022 at their winery warehouse in N. **********. The week prior to April 25, I called ******* to confirm bottling session. In that call, **** who I believe is the owner told me that their labeling machine was down and the bottling would not occur on that date. I informed him that that was problematic as I will be leaving my residence in ************** on the following Thursday and not returning until 2023. **** assured me that he would be able to send the wine to my home in ************ where I am now. To date, I have yet to receive the wine. I have called at least five times always leaving a voicemail asking for an update and a return call. I've never received a response to my voicemails.

      On April 7, 2022 I ordered on their web site 4 bottles of Summer **** wine with a delivery fee of ***** the auto receipt was emailed to me the same day with my total cost of $ ***** . funds were removed from my Capitol One Credit card account on the 9 th of April. As of today I have not received my wine. i have place numerous calls and no one has responded either email, text, or phone. I thank you in advance if there is anything you can do to help me out.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I placed an online order with SuVino Winery back in Oct of last year for around $75 for the purchase of their Blood Orange Sangria. When I didn't receive it, I called the phone number from their website, and learned that the 'batch' was being made and would ship out in late December. It's now May of 22 and I still have not received my order. I have made several calls to the winery (no one answers so you leave a message), and have had no response from the company. I either want my money back or the product, but there is no response from this company.
