They sold me a car charged ******* for delivery. They had me cancel insurance on current vehicle and insure new car. Now I have no vehicle to go back and forth to work. They dont care they wont do anything to help. I asked for a loaner, rental and they refused to do anything. Hope call was recorded as 1st rep was rude and refused supervisor and was the only one in charge.Initial Complaint

I got a car from caravana and it was in horrible shape the engine locked up in the first week they fixed and then oil was leaking out it and the engine was still miss firing so I returned the vehicle and now they want me to pay them ***** for the vehicle and that's not right I just need them to take that off of me because they sold me a lemon and I only had the car 2 monthsInitial Complaint

I bought a 2017 SMART fully electric car from Carvana. The car was advertised as having a 60-mile range between charges. The car's battery would not fully charge and I was getting a 46-mile range between charges in cold weather if I did not use the heater. I live in the country and the nearest grocery store is 28 miles away. I contacted ******* with this issue and was referred to Silver Rock as the car was still under warranty. Silver Rock referred me to ten repair facilities in their network all of which told me they do not work on electric cars. I called Silver Rock many times, with the same result. Finally, I called ******** dealerships as the car is manufactured by ********. The ******** Dealerships stopped selling the SMART car in 2020 and they told me they do not work on them any longer. I found one Merceded dealership four hours from me that does, but they told me they have several SMART cars in their shop with battery issues and it would be more than a month before they could get to it as they only have one technician. I contacted Silver Rock and they told me the ******** dealership was outside of their network and I would have to have the dealership contact them to be able to deal with the issues. Silver Rock also told me they only pay for a one-hour diagnostic and I would be responsible for the remainder of the payment beyond one hour. With the payments I have made, I am already well over $2k into a car I cannot use. One Silver Rock representative referred me to a repair facility in **** and he thought it was only **** miles from ******. Finally, I did a voluntary surrender to Bridgecrest. So now I have a blot on my credit record. I am a disabled Veteran on 100% comp for PTSD. This has sent my stress through the roof. I am seeking legal help to resolve this.
