Received synthetic oil change 10/2021. Drove **** miles local with one short trip over the course of 7 months. Took vehicle to another mechanic when they presented that there was no drain plug and that a cap had been placed where the drain plug is. Big O had not told me this when I last changed my oil in 10/2021. Mechanic stated that there was a quart missing due to slow leak from cap and noted that it was clean around where the drain plug was due to leak. Refilled quart and recommended that we take it back to Big O and have them fix what they broke. When I presented this to Big O, they did not take responsibility. They stated that around the cap was too "clean" and that I must have been messed with. They did not take responsibility for the cap replacement or leak. They stated that it was not their fault. Now the oil pan is needing to be replaced.

I took my 2016 Rogue in because my air/heat was making super loud noises. After having the car for a few hours, they said it was the blower/motor and would need to be replaced. They had one brought to them and installed it. I went to pick it up, paid them $417.25 and when I started the car, it was making the same noise. I went back in and had a tech come out and listen. They determined that it must be the new blower motor, so they had to order a new one. They kept the car overnight. The next afternoon, they called and said they put in 2 new blower/motors and that they didn't work, so they cleaned the cabin filter and said it was full of mice/squirel, some type of rodent. They refunded me for the blower/motor, but not the time and labor. About 1/2 way home, it started again. I got home and called and they said to bring it back and they would take another look. I ended up calling a ********************* in Mesa and made an appt to take it to them. I drove 3 1/2 hours and it took them 4 hours to tell me it was the blower/motor, but they didn't have any in stock and that only a certified ****** dealer could fix it,I disagreed with them, another dispute I will file and ended up coming home. Had to overnight in a hotel because of the lateness.I went into Big O the next day and told them what ****** said. They said they would look into ordering another blower/motor and see what they could do. A week went by and I heard nothing. I called and mom and pop shop here, where the mechanic was a previous mechanic for ****** and he said BS, he could fix it. Well, when he got it apart, he determined that it was the cabin filter, that it was so clogged, there was no way Big O could have blown it out In fact, it took him several hours to get to it and said there was no way Big O did it in 2-3 hours.I have spoken to several employees and have even left a message for ******, they supposed manager, who has never called,
