My **** Expedition broke down July 24, 2024. I had it towed into Show Low Ford immediately to have them look at the vehicle. Within a few days they had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered. I got confirmation that the parts were in about a week later. I have now called every few days for an update on my vehicle with only an occasional call back with an update. Every time I ask what the time frame of my car getting repaired is they always tell me by the end of the week or beginning of next week. When I call back again they give me the same run around. They have now had my vehicle sitting on there lot waiting for the technician to fix it for almost a month. They have offered me a loaner vehicle which is very kind and at the time of offering I had a vehicle I could use. Now I do not. I want my car back.

November 16,2022 I contacted *************************************** Associate at Show Low Ford about a build I had on ****.com and asked me to forward him the build via email, which is provided as F-350_Build.pdf and he provided a build sheet for me to sign as *****Signed.png which just has line items of the build I provided him, I signed and he asked for a $1,000 deposit, which I paid and was told my build would be complete in Phase 1 which is estimated to be March 2023, so I agreed and paid the deposit over the phone, doc01443920221117163419.pdf -Receipt. I followed up about the build April 2023, and was told due to **** Strike it was moved to June 2023. October 2023 build started and truck as delivered first week of November, I continuously followed up with *** as the truck color of the build showed all White, he stated that is just a stock photo and we'll check when the truck comes in. I requested photos and asked what is the color of the truck he stated *****, and I asked ***** and brown of what I ordered? He stated no all white, thereafter I started the process of requesting for a refund as it is not the build sheet I provided him. November 8, ************************************************************************************************* contact with Finance to process the refund, I followed up about the refund and *** stated Finance would be contacting about that refund, I told him since it has been a whole year the card used at the time had since been replaced and he said the finance department will be calling about the card update to process the refund. I called December 18th, spoke to **** who stated he has not heard of my refund and would talk to the sales manager and call back. December 29th I called **** whom told me the refund was not approved as I signed the build sheet, I called *** asking what happened to the approval I received and he was confused and stated he would talk to managers and was defensive about managers stand point on approval he provided me Nov 8th.
