9/25/21 purchased a table with this company and given approximately 6 weeks until delivery Called multiple times most recent was 12/28/21 and only updates ever given by employees is to call back the next day no update are given on the furniture that was purchased.Initial Complaint

I put in an online order 9/25/21 was given an estimated 6week delivery, still no dining table. Every time I call or go into the store I am turned away with no updates and to call or come back another day. I would want a refund, but I have wasted so much of my time for this dining table to be delivered so i am able to eat at a table instead of the couch or floor. on 12/20/21 I called the store and was told to call another day; what kind of business and customer service is this?
