    Worst internet provider Ive ever had! I pay for two satellite dishes its $179.90 per month and there is always a problem with our internet. Its down A LOT! Now, the new owner is super nice but that still doesnt change the fact that this internet is no good! The new owner did offer to upgrade me and my service would be so fast but instead of two dishes it would be just one he also did say that my service is faster now but I cannot tell, if anything everything always buffers and slows down. The reason I declined his offer was because its not going to matter if I have faster service if the internet is down on a regular. It seems like its once a week. Ive never in my life paid so much for just internet to never work!! Dont recommend to anyone! Today is 6/25/24 and our Internet has been down since 11pm last night. I keep calling and no one answers. It was also down just last week all day on 6/21 and restored on 6/22. Now this happens almost weekly. And I am supposed to pay for two satellite dishes and never have service how is this ok? This company takes my money every month for service we cannot even use!

    *****, as you state in your own review, we have offered to work with you. And you declined our offer. We can't help someone who declines our help. I'm not sure what you want. No, we will not release you from your contract. We have fulfilled the terms of our contract plus some. Your original contract called for speeds half of what you have now. We have offered to upgrade you to new hardware, we have offered to upgrade you to a newer network. That you're turning down these offers means you really don't want it fixed. As for the network being down: CIS covers a very rural territory that few other providers cover. All recent major outages have been outside of our control and many have been caused by vandalism up-stream of us (See *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** ). CIS has been working to deploy a new fiber loop and that work is nearing completion to prevent or minimize such issues in the future.As for paying, CIS has met all of its obligations per our contract. A contract that *you* signed to receive a discount on installation. CIS has never mandated customers sign a contract, they do so to receive discounts and incentives. You are welcome at any time to end your contract and pay the early termination fees to re-imburse CIS for the cost of installing your service.
