They ( well I can only speak for *** Haymore) can't be trusted to find you the place you wanted, he'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign. So be extremely cautious with him especially ,forget about his charm and folksiness, it's all a cover.Anyway I was told that there was no problem with the address if I was going to be using that address for my ****** business,except when I went to ask for the signature on the form that I needed for the ****** my business I was refused by the owner / and property manager.They had me signed for 12 months and that's all that mattered to them.They even had me clean up the property as part of the lease and believe me it was a mess,a disgrace.but that's the type of quality you can expect from them This closed my 20 year business on ****** after moving almost ***** mi to start my business here and not even an acknowledgment of the s**** up from them. He couldn't do anything about it,so he said .**** right, he could have he could have done his due diligence at the very beginning and told me that I wouldn't be allowed to have that address as my ****** business address. So if anyone out there has any advice on how I can get back at these people I would love to hear it if they haven't deleted this comment from the site already.One last thing, the people they hire to do the repairs on the properties are supposed to be licensed as said by *** Haymore to me. However the guy they sent to do repairs later in the house revealed to me that he was not licensed and actually asked me how to get such a license.And also due to the ****** my business issue I was not able to get my business running and I was late with a payment for the first time in 11 months and after about 14 days I got a notice of eviction, so now I am homeless
