I went to the new Taco Bell in my area. I placed an order but when I got home and ordered the bag it was wrong. I notified them. Someone kept calling me on the phone and when I answered it was just beeping so I hung up. I told them I preferred email not phone tag. I went back to the Taco Bell for resolution. I set up their app on my phone. It said I had a reward but when I tried to use it, it only would do Google Pay. I HAD TO ENTER A CREDIT CARD but it wouldn't work. I tried for ten minutes and then went to McDonald's instead. At home I tried for 40 minutes to set up Google Pay and it still won't work. I should not have to enter credit card information to get something free and I should not have to keep installing more apps with more things I don't want on my phone just to get something free. It keeps sending me emails to redeem it but I CANNOT MAKE IT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A CROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The clerk could see on my phone that I had the reward on my screen. It kept saying it would not work because I don't link my credit card to my phone and I should not have to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For seven years I had nothing but trouble at their old location because they always messed up the orders but they always took my payment with no problem. McDonald's took my payment with no problem and I didn't have to do all of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I want is for them to send me a coupon or something since they have all of my personal information now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even put their phone number on the receipt. Now I am getting locked out of my own phone because it made me set up a bunch of @#$%^&*()P_{ stuff that I don't want on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
