I started working a month and a half ago at The Strawberry Inn, each paycheck I've gotten has been late. The first time it was because they tried to send my check to an apartment complex here in ****, but there are no apartment complexes here, so I had to wait another 2 weeks till I could get my check(s), but then after waiting those two weeks, they told me they couldn't direct deposit my checks because the routing # was wrong, it was missing a number. The thing with that is, I sent them the direct deposit form from Chime, it has all my information for my bank on there, so that could have been completely avoided, but they didn't look at it, so they "couldn't do anything about it". I ended up getting ahold of the book keeper, *****, we talked for a little, then she started interrupting me, my fiance stepped in and tried to explain since she wouldn't listen to me. She hung up on us, and my fiance called her another 21 times, so I could try to get ahold of someone who could help me more than ***** was. She answered one other time, talked to someone else and then proceeded to hang up on me, without talking to me. My manager had to drive to ******* to get my check and deliver it to me. After all this happened, I've been cut hours majorly, and put on mainly Airstreams for the last two weeks. They again have failed to direct deposit my check into my bank because exact words "I was not in the system". The job I applied for was falsely advertised, i applied for AMP, making $18 an hour, working 9-5 Wednesday-Sunday. I have been a contract cleaner for a month and a half, making only the amount they pay to clean, which is Airstreams~$15-$16, Cottages~$20-25, Bunkhouse~$100. Those are the only places I've cleaned out of the rest of the places. There is also no stable work schedule, I normally get messaged to work after 8:00PM or I get messaged at 8:30AM to come to work. Half the time they don't tell me what I'm cleaning, until I've shown up to work, though they tell the others.
