We hired this company for a kitchen and new bedroom construction along with windows and doors. Construction was set to begin in Aug 22 and to be completed Oct 22. To date, March 11, 2023 it still isn't completed. Multiple errors on everything from permits being denied multiple times to wrong windows ordered to lack of professionalism by the contractor, misconceptions and multiple delays. Contractor constantly blaming everyone and not taking any responsibility for their errors. Brutal wording on contract and trying to upcharge us on scopes of work that was supposed to be part of the original contract. They ordered the wrong window colors and tried to blame us. We are from ****** and relied on them to do their due diligence in which they didn't and then tried to blame us for their errors. We have multiple emails, texts etc throughout this process of all the delays, errors, omissions etc by the contractor. Now they refuse to *********** until they get more money and haven't finished what we've already paid for in full. Our cabinetry is not all in our possession and what is here there are several damaged pieces. We've paid IN full for supply and installation of the cabinets and they aren't all in our possession nor installed. Several items of scope of work that we've paid for are not complete and despite trying to work with the contractor through multiple attempts to appeal to them to do whats right and get things completed, they are now refusing to work.until we pay them all in full. We've already paid 90% of our balance and there are several outstanding items to be completed. We caught her in lies and she takes several days to respond to texts or emails. We were told it would *********** weeks to complete once a permit was obtained. We got that permit on Dec 7, 2022. It's still not completed. Old windows and doors are still in my yard that were removed in Sep 2022. Up until this last draw weve always paid on time. Now she's refusing to work without more
