However, over the course of our interactions until *****'s extraction appointment in March 2023, we experienced significant turnover in dentists. By the time of *****'s extraction, ************************************* had become his dentist and he was amazing.***** goes through the healing dentures and is scheduled to get his final fitting scans for his upper permanent all on one implant only to find out when he shows up at the appointment that ************************************* is no long with Affordable Dentures. The new dentist is ******************************* which raised issues of continuity of care and consistent treatment planning. This turnover not only caused confusion but also left us uncertain about the consistency and quality of care ***** was receiving.Furthermore, the lack of clear communication and follow-up between appointments added to our concerns. We often found ourselves needing to re-explain *****'s situation which seemed to impact the efficiency and effectiveness of his treatment. As a result, we are left feeling uneasy about the overall management and coordination of care at Affordable Dentures ********, and we believe these issues warrant attention and resolution to ensure the best possible outcomes for *****'s dental health. Being comfortable with your dentist is crucial because it promotes trust, open communication, and a better overall experience, ensuring that your dental needs are understood and met effectively and ******************************* did not provide that.
