**** with All Pro recently completed drawings for a large addition to our home, which included a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and walk-in closet, all wheelchair accessible. The addition is L shaped and incorporated into existing patio and roof. **** listened to our design ideas and created exactly what we needed within a reasonable amount of time. His fees were reasonable with no hidden surprises. The plans were submitted to the city and we received approval with NO redlines or revisions needed!!! We highly recommend **** and will use his services again if needed.

It is most gratifying to receive reviews that inspire me to do better at what I do. While not getting any redlines is always the goal, ensuring that the plan set is thorough is paramount. **** of All-Pro Home Services in ******** ** guided ** through preparing plans for of a second bathroom and renovation of our existing bathroom. He is professional, prompt to reply and listened to our needs and wants and gave us multiple proposals to choose from. With his guidance we look forward to choosing a contractor. It's great to get reviews. This project required a condo HOA approval, which extended to getting the permission letter. The project will provide the needs of the owners and guests. We have had the pleasure of having **** draw up plans for an addition to our house. We had no idea where to start with a big project like this. **** took the time to carefully plan out how we could accomplish this goal. He had great ideas of how to incorporate this addition so that it would look like the home was built this way originally, and it won't look like an addition. It's always a great sense of accomplishment that you have customers who appreciate what you do. They soon understand the amount of work it takes to do something that effect's their life. We hired **** to complete the blue prints for our pool house/casita. **** was very honest and knowledgeable from the start. This was our first project and **** helped us understand the process and met/exceeded timelines throughout the process. **** always responded quickly with any questions we had and went out of his way working nights and weekends to get our project completed. **** is a no BS type of guy and is very straight forward with everything. I always appreciate a review but most of all an honest review. I don't care if there is a negative within it as long as potential clients know that what I do is important. I strive to do my best, yes I can be blunt but I'd rather provide honesty than provide a prepared line of c*** that gets me the job. Too many homeowners get ripped off by those who don't care. I do and it's my job to help educate and when asked to provide my services, I always deliver.Review from Louis J

What a wonderful experience working with ****. He met and exceeded our expectations. We hired him for an addition we needed on our house. He works quickly and is very knowledgeable. I'm not the type of person to write reviews; but, felt compelled to tell viewers how much I appreciate ************************* at All-Pro Home Services. As a former general contractor I have built more than 100 homes. I understand the business and knew I needed a professional to design a mother-in- law apt in ************* to be attached to my existing home. I had contacted the CC&R's **** at ************* and all appeared to be a "go". **** and I spoke on the phone regarding my ideas and he asked all the right questions and than some. As we were moving forward he contacted me and explained that the use of the accessory dwelling was permissible in ************* but not Maricopa County. After all the time he spent on discovery and discussing ideas, he would not let me pay him. I feel like he is an old friend. I really appreciate this review even when I didn't perform services i.e. residential design and drafting. It is important that anything I do for those asking for help, that I be thorough and provide facts, not rumor. If I cannot provide assistance, at least I am willing to provide resources for obtaining correct information.
