Date of transaction 11/26/2021 Amount pd by credit card $1925.68 ************ dropped off a HUGE box which was not my order. They did not let me know they were coming. I had to hire 4 men to come and slide it into the garage. I started questing the size of the box. Spoke with someone named **** in customer service who was supposed to forward the problem to the "Higher Ups".I have never heard from them and do not get a response when I email, text, call etc. I would like them to pick up the shipment which is not mine and deliver mine, I ordered a Napoleon Alluravision 60 Deep Depth ********************* Fireplace. I have tried to get in touch with them before it was delivered to make sure I ordered the right thing, after it was delivered as there was a problem in the way it was delivered, and afterward to see if I had the right thing. Have spoken to no one other than **** in customer service. Price was $1759 plus tax ****** totaling 1925.68.Would like them to deliver my fireplace and pick up the grill that is not my order.
