I don't know how this medical office is still in business. Number of issues I have experienced with this office *************************************** in just a very short amount of time. The lack of communication is horrible. No one in the office ever picks up the phone. It doesn't matter what time of day you try calling. When you do leave a voicemail, you do not receive a call back. If you call and leave a message over a few different times, you MAY get a call back. Everything started when I went in to my scheduled appointment beginning of the year, 2022. I checked in with the front desk and let them know I had made an appointment on the Zocdoc app, which had confirmed that this office was within network with my insurance. I handed the representative my insurance, let her know that I was a new patient and I just wanted to double check that they took my insurance. She said yes and had me pay a co-pay. I waited over 45 minutes from my appointment time, which I understand a patient may not always be seen right away. Was called back to wait in the room longer for the doctor. When she did finally come into the room, she asked why I was there and if I had anything bothering me. I explained that I was just there for a general check up. She checked my heart, blood pressure, eyes and ears. She said she recommended some ear flush, I asked what that would cost as I was not trying to pay anything out of pocket at this time. She said it is part of your general check up and insurance pays it so it won't cost me anything. I also got a referral to get lab work done. Went to another office, got my labs done. about a week later, I received an email from the lab office with my results. Waited couple days for the doctor to call. Nothing. Tried calling, they never answered or called me regarding my results. Months later, I get a $400 invoice saying that the office is out of network, and no procedure was covered. Have spoken with their billing, insurance billing. No results or response. Appalled.
