    I hired ****** from ****** Appliance repair/Sav-on appliance repair/A4dable appliance repair on June 19, 22 to repair my ** washing machine. ****** came to my house and after opening up my washing machine, he informed me that I needed a new control board. He attemped putting in what I thought was a new control board and after working on my machine he told me that this was not the problem. He took more pieces off my machine and told me that I actually needed a different part that he needed to pick up from the parts store, which was the visual display board. He told me he would pick the parts ** in the morning and return to my house by 9:30am on June 20th to install them. He said I needed to pay up front for the parts and a deposit. I paid him because he scheduled an appointment with me for the following day and assured me that this would fix the problem. The next day, June 20th, I waited for ****** to return to my house to fix my washing machine. Keep in mind, that nothing he did on the 19th fixed my machine and I paid him for the new parts and deposit for him to return and fix my machine. He never showed up at 9:30am like he promised. I called him and contacted him via text message, but he never called me back or texted me back. I even asked him to just let me know if he needed to reschedule to contact me and let me know, but he never got in touch with me. He still has not fixed my machine and has not refunded me my money. He did not provide the service or parts I paid him for. I would like to be refunded via my venmo app since he did not provide the service or parts I paid for.
