Ask EVER again: I have (had) been going to this place of business over the last couple of years after being referred to her from a friend of mine and had always been very satisfied with the work performed during that time; alterations of suits, slacks, jackets. Just recently (item pictured) I confirmed with her after calling ahead of time (I live in Buckeye) she would be able to stitch a couple of commemorative Kobe and **** patches on my LA ****** hat. She confirmed adamantly she would able to do so even charging me extra for the service due to the fact I also needed to have some yellow stitching removed from the patch.I pre-paid for the service and dropped the item off on 6/28 and she stated it would be ready this week. Upon picking up the item yesterday the stitching was not done correctly on the **** ****** was crooked on the hat and the yellow thread that needed to be removed still remained on the patch. I then expressed my dissatisfaction with how the item looked and attempted to show her the flaws of the work performed. Ester surprisingly began to get very defensive, rude and continuously began talking over me as I was trying to talk and although I was beginning to get frustrated with her i continued to maintain my composure with her until things took a turn. I finally simply asked her colleague to come take a look at the hat as another pair of eyes so she could see for herself what I was referring to. She looked at the hat for about 5 seconds and could confirm what I was attempting to explain. Ester began to get very demonstrative and combative in her behavior and tone becoming even more defensive as she now began to redo the hat at this point indicating she was not a professional and doesnt work on hats, etc for this type of work so I simply said then if you couldnt do the work or had doubts you could do it then you shouldnt have been so confident in confirming it-please see ****** review for additional comments.She is rude and racist.
